An interview with the CyberGuy was recently syndicated to 48 million viewers over the top 90 big-city news networks. The coverage was negative indeed toward the matrix sites. The interview is available through the rotating banner on the Home page here at Matrix Watch.

Some of you were wondering about the full statement issued by Shelby Ware. Here is the complete statement he sent to KTLA:
It is highly recommended that everyone get a copy of the summons presented by Mr. Wilens and his client. There are several statements such as those claiming we are a lottery. Even by California law or any other law it is clear we are not a lottery. The summons is ludicrous and we don’t believe any judge would even consider it. The wording is like that written by a 3rd grader. Basically, Mr. Wilens worded his rebuttals so poorly it is comical, with wording such as “…going to have to wait for hell to freeze over….” and “…fig leaf to cover the pyramid scheme or lottery…” Without getting into all of the wacky things Mr. Wilens and his client are claiming, unjustly & untruly, it can be stated that the relentless pursuit and media attention of this pair is nothing short of a crusade.
EZ Expo.com, Inc. continues to operate with many plans for the future. Mr. Wilens is after the pay companies that did business with many sites that have come on the scene since the original EZ Expo was founded by Damion Flynn. The matrix community followed the leaders and grew. Mr. Wilens has stated in an MSNBC article “...if no processor will deal with them for fear of being sued, (EZ Expo) simply won’t be able to do business.” Mr. Wilens was correct that EZ Expo has lost all money it would have made as these funds are being held by the pay companies our customers paid through.
Thus the company was forced to reorganize and become its own entity internationally. In addition two more sites are online and will probably be running by the air date of this show. Look for many more great ideas and incentives to come to the Internet soon.
Sincerely,
Shelby Ware

There was much more to the interview that what was aired, but it seems that the basic message was clear. In the interview, we discussed the broader implications of lawsuit and Matrix Watch. That we are not just going after EzExpo, but several sites. In fact, my suit against Ginix was expanded which resulted in frozen accounts on nearly 45 other matrix sites. It seems that we would need coverage by an organization like NPR (national public radio) to provide a detailed story of everything that has happened. If NPR did a story on Matrix Watch, they would probably contact everyone, Shelby, Damion, myself, other site owners, dedicated customers, disgruntled customers, etc. If anyone would be willing to contact NPR, and urge them to do a story, then let me know.

I have contact NPR about doing a story. Those of you who are interested may contact them at: sfoxwell@npr.org. I believe that NPR would give this entire story the journalistic integrity it deserves. For information about how to structure your letter to NPR see this URL:
