Ha :)
10 Dollar laptop has made it's forum a members only forum so you can't even read the threads anymore. I guess hotmommy does not want us to see her ebay schemes anymore.

Actually yes you are right about one thing, I did email the admin and let him know that you guys might be trying to use their message board for your own crusade. Their message board was put there to help members not help people like you who want to destroy everyone.

What does "people like you" mean. Good people? People who protect others and fight what is wrong? We're not trying to "destroy everyone"... we just want to stop a few and protect the many... In that case I hope I am considered one of these people... like Arzel... that you speak of.:D

Certain Members of Matrix Watch was just reading my posts that I made on that forum and others to help members of that site amd others and making unfavorable comments on them. So I emailed the admin and told him that this site may be using members posts for their crusade and in certain views they do not have good intentions. The admin agreed with me and to protect its members and their ideas, comments and posts, just made the board available only to people who become members of it. I dont think matrix watch was focusing on their board persay just some members of matrix watch seemed to be focusing on me more than I liked, deserved, or even understood why and they were making comments about my posts on other boards etc.. Personally I think its none of their business and I dont see why they are tracking down my userids, and posts on other boards just so they can make comments on them. I almost feel like Im being stalked...~as chills run down my spine...~ okay.... LOL just a little bit of melodrama, but I am glad that that forum respected me and its other members enough to allow them their privacy when requested.....

uwantme,
That is total BS. You wanted that forum closed so people like yourself (hotmommy), junglemann, and guyhersh could try to come up with ways to advertise on ebay. There were NO comments made on that forum, that I saw, that were unfavorable. The only link to the site from here was all of the auction numbers I listed, some of which may have been members of that forum.
Ebay watchdogs, check out the following auction, this is the best they have so far. (3424404503)

What you pay for this auction is all you pay! Plus, there is FREE shipping! But there is a reason why this deal is so great!
Please Read:
Upon payment of this auction, I will pay and enter your name on a list to get your laptop. Once your name reaches the top of the list, you will get your Laptop for what you paid for this auction! I will give you the link to a website where you can check to see when you reach the top of the list. You will have to wait a while, but you'll get what you paid for! This is MUCH cheaper than retail, so don't pass on the chance!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Serious Bidders ONLY please! Payment must be made within a week of the end of the auction. Non Payers will be reported and left with negative feedback! This is for our protection on both ends!
ALL sales are final! Nor am I affiliated with the site the operates the list. I will not be held responsible for what happens after I put your name on the list.
I accept Paypal only. Please make sure you have an account before bidding. Feel free to contact me if you cannot pay via PayPal, we can work something out.
GOOD LUCK!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On Mon Jul 21 20:09:22 PDT 2003, seller added the following information:
I am NOT affiliated with the business that operates the list and distributes the laptop. Only selling the spots!
uwantme,

No big deal I have already got a bunch of that type canceled.
Totaly a Misleading auction, this is the latest version of their efforts to get auctions to stay on Ebay.
Won't and Didn't work. They STILL don't understand the rules.
I have said before there is no, way , shape , or form these auctions are allowed on ebay.
Well one way,but they would never be seen by anyone.

Arzel you are correct. That is very deceiving and if uwantme is responsible for that I have lost my respect for her. I hope soemone else was responsible for that.
BTW uwantme I'm not one of your stalkers :) Just wanted to clarify that since one post I asked about one of your other ID's. I only visit two matrix forums (matrix news and here). On the martix news forum I found a user who sounded identical to you which is why I asked.

uwantme,

What others do is not my business. That is not one of my auctions, It does not look like the typically auction Jungleman runs and I have never seen any of Guys. And just because I try to help people list auctions on ebay doesnt mean Im responsible for every bad auction out their. The auction you listed looks nothing like how I told people to make their auctions....
Now as far as your BS comment, your spouting off more than I am. I never told anyone to list auctions like that. I told them to list auctions within the guidelines. By actually selling the jewelry packages and adding the electronic as a free gift the way the site is ran. I support a few matrix sites and the ones I do are great. the 10dlaptop site offers great jewelry( rings, earrings, studs, barbells, etc... and money making making programs instead of e-books) they also cut off their lists. This is one of the sites I am planning my site around... However according to most of you on this board a site that sells a tangible good and has a cut off on their list isnt a matrix site anyway.....
So yeah Im helping and trying to make sure others can post their auctions on ebay for this site, because I like them and what they are doing. I dont need you guys tracking down my posts to "stop" us just because you feel its right. We arent doing anything wrong, and if the members on the board really listened to me and posted auctions the way I told them they wouldnt be having any problems either....

By the way here is the Ebay rule on Gifts/ prizes, and etc.
Giveaways, Raffles, and Prizes
Listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, or prizes as an enticement for buyers are not permitted on eBay as these promotions are highly regulated and may be unlawful in many states. eBay itself may run such promotions on the site, and may grant authorization to its partners or third party companies to run promotions that comply with applicable laws.
Policy: Listings that promote giveaways, random drawings, or prizes are not permitted and will be ended. The Insertion Fee will be automatically credited for that listing.
So the bonus / gift idea won't work either .

Thats for givaways..Just to make you happy, Im not going to aurgue about this anymore.. I tired of saying the same things. I wish you luck in closing the bad auctions. I will continue to operate as I have.
Now to make a qquick piont on ebays bonus items. As you have posted before ebays policy states:
It is generally permissible for sellers to offer a bonus item to bidders within their listing as long as the following requirements are met:
In all bonus listings, the seller must state the exact price at which the bonus will apply. For example, it is not permissible to state, "I will throw in a state-of-the-art black and white TV if bidding reaches a high enough amount." It is permissible to state, "I will throw in a state-of-the-art black and white TV if bidding reaches $150."
In Mutiple Item Listings the seller must offer the exact same bonus item to ALL buyers. Multiple Item Listing rules require that all buyers receive identical items.
Keywords describing bonus items cannot be included in the title of a listing.
So you may not be allowed to promote a giveaway but you can offer bonus items with your listing.... And as ebay shows I can even state what it is ie.. state-of the-art Tv and its not keyword spamming.."It is permissible to state, "I will throw in a state-of-the-art black and white TV if bidding reaches $150."

This strategy will not bring in the same amount of customers that the old strategy did. The matrix owners need to give up on eBay auctions all together. It is an old idea that eBay and Matrix Watch have taken care of.

Personally I do not care if it brings in tidal waves or not.. Every little bits helps and for some members ebay is the only thing they know how to do. Baby steps lead to bigger things... The thing you forget is that most advertising on ebay are not matrix owners anyway...

Perhaps I have mentioned this before....hmm...
But I believe I stated that EBAY is not the main source of advertising for Matrix owners, at least for me it isn't......
Oh...well.....Why do I bother.....My remarks fall on deaf ears...........

You mean like buying banners on matrix-sites.net , I don't see where this would do any good because 90% of the people there are matrix site owners.
Seem like a waste of money that could be used elsewhere instead of bidding on some auctions.

No reason to report the ones you are bidding on.

Guys, I've copied this thread onto the eBay watch dogs forum because the discussion has taken that angle. If anyone ever wants to change the direction of a conversation, then just start a new topic instead of detouring the thread. This way, more people have easy access to different subjects and the forum is more organized. Place the new thread in the content-specific folder, and if you don't know where to post it then just start the thread in the "General Discussion".

I guess others feel the same way as I do and other site owners agree.....

Its not like its a big secret but people on here act like they are sharing top secret information.. My views, opinions, and posts are all the same no matter what forum im on and so I still have yet to see the importance of sharing this info.....

I only use only one username, tcb's username is seen on other forums also, same name for all forums. I know I am not trying to decive anyone. When someone see's my username they know where I'm comming from.
It just seems that a person is trying to hide something with all the usernames, or is just trying to stir up trouble on the forums.
I don't know about anybody else but it just makes me distrust you more.
