The Mozilla Foundation has released version 1.0.2 of the popular FireFox web-browser. This update includes 2 major and 1 minor security fix and users are urged to update as soon as they can. You can get the updated version HERE. (http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=affiliates&id=35055&t=47)
Its interesting to note that Mozilla Foundation releases patches to Firefox as soon as a potential security vulnerability is identified. This is always before a known exploit exists for that vulnerability. Many critics believe that turning out a security update is made much faster in the open source community.
