Just a note to customers/owners. If possible, ask the pay company DIRECTLY for a refund. If you take your own route to obtain a chargeback, you are hurting everyone, since $35 goes down the drain to Ginix, and they have no sympathy for customers who want that $35 they're entitled to.
Just by simply contacting Ginix (they're being extremely accomodating), you can request a refund and they will issue on your behalf. Circumventing this method hurts everyone.
Yesterday 5 people did chargebacks to their card, and $35x5 is $175 that has gone to Ginix, which never had to go to them in the first place. If these 5 people just went through Ginix like everyone else, then that $175 would have been freed up for refunds.
Please take this into consideration.
