Is it possible to retrieve the gifts back from the already-cycled persons?

It depends on the site. There are some websites which had never made any payouts, and as such there's not a worry. But for other sites that had given out payouts, this is a concern.

As for eBanana, that practice was not implemented. The ones who had received their prizes were still awarded them. Depending on the outcome of the lawsuit and all other related events, it may be necessary to do something along those lines, and recover all 'gifts', and return all liquidated funds back to the customers.

From looking at the eBanana site it looks like there is no plan of winding down, but starting back up once the smoke clears. Does this mean you are going to try to start the business up again, continue the lists? It seems like you are just asking for trouble by doing so. The matrix world is so tainted and ruined with contreversy, why revive a dead horse?

Most of the time, no. Those who cycle consider themselves very lucky for cycling in the first place..
