It seems like this site is on the brink of closure. Does paypal issue refunds like GInx?

totally...just go to paypal.com and reference your transaction number and then you can post a complaint to paypal and tell them it's a matrix scheme and that you demand a refund. I got one within an hour.

Paypal allows 30 days for the charge to be disputed.
I should have known about this.

From what I have read you need to pester them, they have the funds frozen and if there is any left in the account you should get a refund.
This is why they froze it in the first place to give refunds.

You never know unless you try to get a refund, sometime you can go to your credit card company and get it there also, if you paid with one that is.

They keep give me annoying same reply that my dispute is over 30 days.
I think the fund of that site is still freezing.

I have seen a lot of complaints for that site on TopMatrix forums.
I havent looked at the site itself but try the suggested comments above they should work. :D
Personally asking for a refund is against my rules for matrix investment, unless of course it was a scam site or the site closes. As long as the site stays afloat I do not ask for a refund as I know how the system works when i joined. I gotta be patient like everyone else.. Wait my turn.
I recently joined the matrixagency... I will have this site reviewed.
