How is it that this guy is still up and running. The site was updated yesterday.
Once again I have emailed him the past 3 weeks and no response, not that it shocks me. Still no refund, still no product and still no response. Some kind of business owner.
Can't wait to the police track him down!
Any other ideas????

Have you filed complaints with all the agencies listed in our "File a Complaint" section?

Which processor did you pay them through?

Used paypal before the account was frozen. I have emailed them explaining the situation and have not heard back from them as well. Amazing how nobody really cares about these people. It would be so easy to shut them down if one agency took the smallest amount of time to follow up with them.

Thats a good point, it really only takes a little time on a government agencies part to look into these types of scams to see what they are all about. have you tried to file a chargeback with paypal for the transaction? If the account is frozen, they (being paypal) still have the ability to refund money if it was accepted in a fraudulent manner.... its worth a shot.

Alex,
Contact Jeff Wilens ASAP and tell him that you are a customer of a matrix site and that you paid via PayPal. Send him an email at the following address:
Jeffry Wilens, Esq.
Lakeshorelaw Law Center
jeff@lakeshorelaw.org
Send me a private message after you do so, and I'll give you more info from there.
I'll look forward to hearing from you after you email Jeffrey.

Contacted him along time ago about this. Forgot what he said, but thought that I would be included in the other matrix lawsuites that used paypal. Have never heard anything back about that.

And this is still going no where.
I have contacted my local police who will be contacting the authorities out in Washington, so hopefully something will be done.

Although you haven't seen results Alex, I commend you for taking the iniative to get your money back. If only all victims of the matrix had the same approach, there would be a lot more refunds.

OK, their site has been down for a few weeks now. It still works but comes up as a blank page.
Their last matrix update was May 23rd or something like that.
Hopefully this is the last of them, although I did not get my money back like promised.
Anyone else have any info???

Emailed Tony from Goraks the other day and it was returned to me.
Site looks to be dead!
I'm glad the site is finally down but I would like to get that $85 back or see the prick in court! Either will do.
