I am from Canada. “Women Empowering Women” came from Canada. Earliest reports by the U.S. T.V. program DATELINE traced it to 1998. What I am telling you here will probably cost me my life. I am 64 years old.
A lawyer Frederick Wilson, from the small tourist town of Kincardine Ontario Canada and his wife involved my wife, originally from England and a missionary for 4/12 years in this fraud. They were involved with high profile politicians, police relatives, school board officials, wife of police chief, mayor’s wives etc.. The Canadian News Media suppressed these upperclass people’s involvement. They were exchanging thousands of dollars.
A senior citizen was taken for $7,500 and sworn to secrecy along with a single mother who was taken for $3,500. I attempted to get this money returned to them before I realized the extent of the fraud and the important people involved. As I began asking questions in my town my wife told her lawyer and police. I was arrested on false charges and immediately jailed. I was beaten by prison guards my ribs broken. I have been fighting this for over 2 years since my arrest on March 19, 2003.
I have uncovered the names of the investigating officer who found out who these high profile people were and covered it up. He is an Ontario Provincial Police Investigator, Bill Sword. He investigated my wife without my knowledge, and the rest of the high profile politicians and determined they were in this fraud in my town but covered it up. Canada is a “rat’s nest” of corruption with authorities involved in it.. They have destroyed and bankrupted me.
Now, many of these same people in the “Women Empowering Women” pyramid are promoting another pyramid based upon the exact same “pyramid board” only now they have attempted to mask it with cheap “gemstones”. My government is fully aware of this company’s operations but has allowed it to expand exponentially. The company is Treasure Traders International head office Mississauga Ontario Canada began almost 2 years ago just as the Women Empowering Women pyramid self destructed in Canada. Because of my government’s inaction they have recently opened and office in London England.
The president has a criminal record of drugs, weapons and assault. This is from the Ontario Securities Commission Ontario Canada............... "I accept Mr. Kippax's and Ms. Velechovsky's submission that Mr. Kippax relied on expert legal advice in omitting the past offenses from his Form 4. However, these past incidents involving as they do drugs, weapons and assault, in themselves raise grave concerns about his conduct and character."

Mr. Stephen Knight has been fired from the JJ international network of appraisers on beginning of November 2004, for ETHICS VIOLATION, as you can read CLEARLY on the Jewelry Judge's site at: http://www.jewelryjudge.net/SK.html
Their distributors harass, intimidate and threaten their own "distribtors" (victims) who later realize this is a scam and attempt to speak up. Most of this was covered up by police and the Ontario Attorney General. in Canada. I have begun to name the people involved . Women Helping Women is reputed to have been started some years ago by judges wives in Toronto....
