Matrix Watch could be of help to you. First, I need to know what pay companies you paid through. The reason for this is that the site you paid may have already been included in a previous class-action lawsuit, and your money may already be kept in tow until the case is decided upon.
If you are a member of a site that has not yet been sued, then you need to consider filing a lawsuit. When you file a lawsuit, the lawyer will often not charge you anything and will sue the Defendants separately for fees. Futhermore, your suit will also include the pay companies associated with the matrix site, and they will be held accountable to state laws concerning the support of such sites. In some cases, your lawsuit may be expanded to include other matrix sites that the pay company services, which will likely lead to a fund freeze. If your case is successful, then your lawsuit could result in hundreds of people obtaining 100% refunds.
Everyone who is involved in a matrix site has this opportunity to act on behalf of many people. Please contact a lawyer in your state today! We do not have much longer to act before the sites start leaving customers stranded.
I used lawyers.com to search for a class-action attorney.
