I was wondering if anyone would help me beat the creator up if he closes the site and make him give the rest of the people on the list their gifts incl. me his name is Graham Gleen

I think you should take a look around these forums. You will find that in the absolute best-case scenario you will recieve a full refund of your money.

I have never heard of a matrix scam owner backing out of his matrix site and giving free gifts to all participants.

I have to agree with merc that you're not living in reality here. If the matrix site owner closes up shop, you won't hear from him anymore, and get nothing. This is the reason you need to start considering contacting him now letting him know how you feel about being scammed.

I have contacted him about how i feel about him running a matrix site and that i will probably file a lawsuit if i don't get my gift anyhow...

Herloev,

While I understand your frustration with being scammed by this matrix site, I'll have to warn you that you may not have a case based on what you are saying. The best case scenario will be that you will get a full refund. I don't think we can expect the website owner to pay out "gifts" to all the victims, as it would cost tens of thousands of dollars potentially.

When do they usually close a site, about how many members just wanna see if i got a chance of getting the gift before he closes the site?

I am # 15 out of 19 i hope i am lucky!

If I were you, I would stick to the lottery, your odds are about as good at winning that as you are getting that gift .... :head:
