From a recent Q&A from KIM:

Q: Cycle times: on May 25th, 4:00 conf. call, Kim said there might be 2 cycles before the end of the year. Do you believe this is still possible? A: Sure, it's possible. If everyone treats this as a business and works at it, we can do wonderful things. If everyone sits on their hands & waits for the sky to fall, then you're relying on us to do everything. We'd love to join hands with you & work together. No doubt if everyone works together, we can get there. If everyone just waits, then it will be a challenge. No doubt about it. No better opportunity out there than YMMSS. If you're not willing to do the things that...like share with other people & stuff, then shame on you. That's as abusive as we're going to get. We understand alot of people depend on us and we're willing to take that responsibility, but if you're not happy about something, then do something about it. Get off your hands.

We've had Kim try to shift the failure of YMMSS to the members in the past with a few comments. He's much more direct in the above, and I can see him going this direction more and more as the critics continue to question him. Shift the blame and lay on the guilt to get people to recruit more and buy more. He's saying, look I put in $350,000 per month how much are you contributing? Never mind that in all the marketing BS they clearly state that you don't need to recruit or continuously buy EPCs in order to get paid in the 60 - 90 day period.

And his answer "Sure it's possible", what a joke. Like it's possible that disappointed, distrustful members will suddenly empty their savings, max out their credit cards, con all their friends and family into doing the same?

Comments of his like these totally negate any goodwill he may have displayed in refunding a couple of people that he kicked out of the group.

Well, actually, members are doing their part of the bargin. Their only requirement is to read adds. Nothing more. It is kimmy s responsibilty to find people who want to advertise with them.

Its very similiar to a store. Its the employees responsibility to make a sale (if they are part of the sales team and not the clean up team), but it is the responsibility of the owner to bring in the people. I would have laughed at my boss if he asked me to advertise for his business instead of taking the revenue he made to advertise.

Its not even logical. If u and your 6 coworkers at mcdonalds started recruiting people to be customers, and you each got 1 person to be a customer, you would have 6 new customers. If the owner advertised bye paying for a sporting events buletian just to get their ad in the back of it, you might get a couple hundred new customers.

kimmy is always saying $9million a month in 18 months, or whatever his number is now adays. If thats the case why not tel those people to start today?

I like to think of this situation different. Let's say you are extremely hungry. You walk into McDonalds, and order a hamburger. They tell you it will be 30 cents, and you think that is a great price. You buy 10 burgers. After you pay, they tell you to go find 200 more customers, while they make your hamburgers. You can't find that many, so you must now starve to death, while McDonalds holds on to your $3.00. Does this business model sound familiar?

Lionking, welcome to Matrix Watch. Enjoy reading the posts from the multiple user names of Alan (a mod from YMMSS). Were you kicked out of the forms, and YMMSS, or just the forums? If so, do you notice whether or not the post came from Alan? Since he cannot argue against the facts here, he seems to be enacting his revenge by kicking out anyone who posts non-happy grams on the forums.

Hello, I just been banned from YMMSS forum!

Saw it coming. Cross may be next. He's been getting
a bit ornery the last day or two.

Oh well LK, your signature there will still live on. ;)

Sorry for your inconvenience. I assume they have
allowed you to maintain your YMMSS affiliate account
since you didn't say otherwise.
