So where is YMMSS registered for business?

Salsa mentioned in the "kicked out" thread about
YMMSS being or pretending to be a Limited Liability
Company.

But that would be here in the states. If YMMSS or
Success Through Advertising is registered in Belize,
the LLC would stand for "Limited Life Company". ;)
How appropriate is that title?

Of course, YMMSS provides no proof of actually
being registered anywhere.

If they are indeed registered as an LLC in Belize,
then that would bring up another question about
ownership of the resort. IBC's are not allowed to
conduct trade or own property in Belize.

So I guess that if YMMSS does own the resort, it
would either have to be owned by Kim as his own
personal asset or it would have to be hidden under
someone else's name.

As you'll be able to see, this type of set up is great
for ponzi schemes since there is zero accountability
for accurate bookkeeping.

I have not been able to find anything about YMMSS,
Success Through Advertising, etc.

Anyone else have ideas on where to look?

Although I have no proof, I have always believed that the resort was purchased by Kim alone, and is not actually under the YMMSS structure. However, a simple check of the Belize resort shows it still being owned by Mr. Good.

That is very interesting, surfer. It may well be a Limited Life Company (in one sense that's for sure) instead of a Limited Liability Company. However, I've never seen a policy at YMMSS saying that Belizean residents may not join YMMSS, and the IBC policy clearly states that an IBC may "not Carry on business with Belizean Residents." Anyone know of any Belizean YMMSS members?

I've also come up with nothing so far regarding any sort of incorporation or registration of Success Through Advertising, and it may be shooting blanks as being any sort of LLC.
