The mods here are very fair with issuing warnings. If you were indeed banned, then you were given an opportunity to adhere to the forum rules beforehand.

I'm not sure what your motive is (most likely financial), but your comments will likely only increase the resolve of the community here. So, your comments are actually working against your interests in the long run.

Also, I'd recommend that you cease threatening the members here. Continuing to provoke or intimidate them (by suggesting that you know personal details about them) will quickly lead to complaints being filed with law enforcement and possible lawsuits.

That is hardly the case.

You see, it is about social justice here. We exist to provide the internet community with an open-discussion forum on a variety of new "get-rich-quick" schemes. We enable this community with the resources needed to bring about fairness and justice within the world of e-commerce. This is the type of professionalism you get from profiting members of YMMSS ...... I split this thread out because I think it shows a level of character on the type of people who newer members are basically giving their money to.... its sad.

This person was originally shug, then "MW banned me", then "me again" ... all coming from the same IP address to do nothing more than insult others.

Its interesting to compare the behavior of Alan, as seen above, with other people in the business world who are respected. Do you think you would see someone like Bill Gates, the Microsoft guy, go onto a linux/unix/apple forum and start giving insults and being ignorant, just because those people don't like the microsoft product-line (trust me, theres lots out there) or the way Microsoft does business? Of course not. This is the reason why a company like Microsoft will succeed, and YMMSS will not ... criticism is part of being in business, Alan should realize that. All he has done is come here and make a fool of himself and his business with his actions. We've seen this behavior before with matrix sites owners, they do they same thing .... :cool:

Just saw this on the YMforum, so,to my understanding, because Kim Inman has said "something" is going to happen in the next 2 months to put a big smile on their faces, new members and veteran members alike shouldnt worry.
Unless he could tell me the lottery numbers for the next two months then I wouldnt be smiling if I were in the financial disaster that appears to be YMMSS.
Im fairly neutral here, but I can see cult tendancies appearing just by reading some of the posts on the YMForum and the post ping-pong between Pro-YMMSS and Matrixwatch contributors.

But I well remember Your attitude when You started posting on YMForums.
You jumped from a thread to another name-calling who was tring to reply You or others.
Your statements were completely offtopic and sometimes You offended others people.

YMForums mods have lot of patience with You till You were allowed to to post there.

I can surely say that if You were jumped in this Forum with the same attitude ,you were banned from here too.

With this ,I don't want say YMForums mods are better than here or I justify any action made here from both parts..

Alan was banned here multiple times for doing just what you said, and his most current incarnation was blocked as well. Will he come back, well only time will tell, but I don't think he can read your response right now.

Please don't go along this path. Although I don't agree with you about the newest incarnation of YMMSS, you have at least been a much better representative of YMMSS than Alan was. We enjoy open dialogue here, but don't wish to see it degrad into name calling.

mat watcher, i never relegated to insulting people by calling them names. others were offended, i'm assuming, because i asked questions, gave statistics and continued to ask questions that were never answered. never did i insult people personally other than calling martial artist "daniel-son" one time i believe very early on. once again, you (or other mods) come in here with things to say, yet very little to back up your claims. please come with some facts and proof and i will certainly apologize because i honestly don't recall ever personally insulting another member of ymmss on the forums. my attitude and actions on this board are very similar to my actions and attitude on the ymmss boards.
