I liked the wording better when Alan should be thrown in jail. But due to the maturity he's shown here, I doubt he is old enough to go to jail.

Since so many of the threads at this site have been about YMMSS it is difficult to not have noticed and read up on the subject. However, as I have never been to the YMMSS forum to see "the other side", and I have not been involved in the program at all, I will have to say that waiting and seeing is all I can do at this point. It is far too easy to speculate when looking at basically one side of an issue. :)

My vote is for both I am still waiting to get paid and YMMSS is a scam throw him in jail. If I have to do just one though, I will take the scam. I was trying to hold on to at least get my original money back but I'm giving up and chalk up the loss. The change in the plan is not what I signed up for and I wish there were legal grounds to sue, but I suspect, given YMMSS is based in Belize, it would do no good (at least for recovering the money)

What? Running a scam isn't a grounds to sue? Since when did this happen? If you truely believe it was a scam, and you want to sue, what is really stopping you? Haven't you talked to a lawyer yet?

I am a newbie around here and have been a member of YMMSS since April of 2004. Yes I have made quite a bit of money in YMMSS. However I am not proud of this by any means. After watching the excuses and changes made to this program over the last 8 months, I can honestly say this so called business is going no where. My heart goes out to the people who joined YMMSS recently and can only hope that one day in the near future justice will be served! I hope that I am wrong, however at this point it looks like everyone on this sight has been correct with their predictions. I bought into this program under the impression that Kim was making intelligent investments with the money being brought in YMMSS. Obviously I was wrong!!! I have already even paid back every new member who I personally brought in with the money that I made, seeing that they will never cycle. I know I can’t help everyone involved, however at least I can sleep at night now. Unfortunately they are thousands of other members who may never recover their money. I can only see sad times ahead for many YMMSSers. With sincere regrets, Speedracer.

Speedracer,
Perhaps you can copy and paste your recent post into its own thread in the YMMSS subforum. Your story definitely needs more visibility, and hopefully your example will inspire others towards the same sort of response.

lol I might be a bit premature, but to all the pro-ymmss out there.. :weep:
Take a deep breath cos.. Glug,Glug,Glug...
You will all go down with this scam. I dont care if Im talking outta turn anymore.. The word has gotta spread.. YMMSS IS A SCAM TO END ALL SCAMS. :shake:
I will deposit a $320 "purchase" with my bank.. In 10 years time I will come back to this forum and lets see how I compare with any of the YMMSS $320 epc purchases. That is If YMMSS even exists in its current form by then. lol
If, in the event of any YMMSS "purchaser" of $320 epc purchases double in value and be paid in dollar cash amounts into traceable accounts, I will gladly transfer any profit I make to any given charity should the amount declared by any YMMSS "purchaser" be double that of the original investment.
Any takers?

I'll think about taking you up on your bet. If the ship does go down and I go down with it, then how much do I have to pay you if I lose my $320 and you still have $320 in the bank? Or are you the one going to pay to a charity if you lose the bet, and if I lose I don't have to pay anything? or I have to pay your charity? Let me know!!!

Hi Brenda,
If I lose, Ill transfer what the $320 is worth after 10 years in the bank, into any charity of your choice.
If you lose then all you have to do is declare YMMSS is really what I suspect it is.
The only condition to win the bet is that the original $320 invested in YMMSS will double and be paid out in full within the 10 year time period. Not what YMMSS deems your credits to be "worth".
I hope for all the people who invested in this, I am wrong but I dont think I am.
Cheers

Deso - if Brenda does not want to go with your wager, I will happily take you up as I believe that the 320 will pay more than double in the 10year period.

what if a LOT of us take you up on your bet and we win. will you donate $320 to each one of our charities? :) just wondering :) we hope you are not right either because we want to make money.

Hi Lettie / Brenda,
The bet is for one only (as I cannot afford to pay lots of $320 into seperate accounts) but it doesnt matter whoever it is with. Its only demonstrating that I believe my $320 in the bank will be worth more than a $320 epc purchase in YMMSS in 10 years time.
YMMSS says it can double your money in 90 days so you should make quite a substantial amount in 10 years. Compared with bank interest it should be quite phenomenal. So if my $320 is still worth more than the $320 epc in YMMSS after 10 years we all agree its a scam? If not then I will donate my original $320 plus interest to an agreed charity.
Remember the YMMSS money should be able to be withdrawn straight away as with any bank.
Look forward to the next decade!
Cheers

I cast my vote for Scam also. We bought in to the tune of about a thousand dollars in dec. and Jan. and guess what, we have never cycled. WHAT A SURPRISE. When we were approached by two sets of friends that we trusted to join we took a gamble, agreeing that we would not put in any more money than we could afford to loose. To me it was only slightly different than going to the Riverboat to gamble on the slots. The only difference is that ocassionaly you win back a little money at a casino, just enough to keep you coming back. Unfortunately, with YMMSS this is not the case. In this case, the old adage " If it sound to good to be true, it probably is' applies. So we chalked the grand up to gambling losses and are moving on.
Will we ever get paid?? No way.
Extridite the bum and toss him and his millions in jail.

I seriously doubt the money is in Belize, especially given the news report reported here http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/articles/050815/15belize.htm
I have also heard that St. Kitt's is the likely location of YMMSS money.
