Did Not Receive

I entered ez last November for 50" plasma, cycled in Feb. but still have not received it. Every time I have aked them when, the answer is something like soon, or in the next 30 days. I pressed harder last week and got a nasty reply, threatening to not send the tv.

Has anyone else had a similar occurance ?

i think you will be ok. my friend has been on that site for a while, and he cycled on the plasma and did receive a check. he also cycled on the digital camera in jan or feb, but has not received it yet b/c of paysystems holding on to the money. he is anxious obviously b/c it is easy to get nervous, but he knows they have paid him before and he said that on the forum it states that they are using the money received from ginix to start sending the cyclers from then, so you should be ok. but if they haven't been given the money, how can they send your gift?

So, what about the guarantee that he will receive his gift when he cycles? It seems like there is a condition to it now.

i think i already adressed that in my earlier reply. when they release the funds he will get it, or he will get it when they catch up using ginix. if anyone should have a beef with anyone, bs666 should be upset with you, watchdog, for further delaying him from getting his stuff. you don't sue and i don't think they are still holding on to the money.

Yes I have cycled too at ezexpo, 2 times each on the following items 50" Plasma, digital camera in the month of January. I first received both of my plasma cycle checks in feburary and then received the information about paysystems problem.

Because of the fact that I had already received a check from EZEXPO I knew they were LEGIT and knew from running my own businesses that it is hard to pay out money when your not getting the money in the first place. I then received one of my digital cameras in feburary, but I am still waiting on my other cycle for the digital camera.

Sure I could use the money but I am not worried about getting it. Shelby will get it out to me as soon as he can, He always has in the past.

Oh yeah and I will be a little more than pissed if this thing slows down the shipping of my other cycle check.

Well since there is a little condition on this forum that only allows you to edit your post for 1 minute after you post it, I have to post 4000 times instead of adding it to my last post. So sorry for all the small post.

Yeah it seems like the condition on getting things shipped out, has to do with outside factors that EZexpo can not control, such as paysystems not giving them their money and such. This stuff is not within the control of EZexpo and they are doing the best they can with what they have.
