We just want to say Hurley brought up a good point on our forums and would like to respond to it & let everyone know our new thing were aiming for.

Why would you start a whole new site, where most of the members are going to be the same ones on matrix-sites.net?

I'm feeling dejavu here...

Also, it seems like you are causing pro-matrix people to have to visit multiple sites to read the same thing.

Why not just start a separate forum at matrixsites that is against matrixwatch? Just seems like a lot of work for nothing and now you cause the people that you need to reach, which are the newbies to the matrix world to have to search multiple sites to get their answers. From a marketing perspective, you are disenfranchising your core target and will end up not being as efficient at promoting the matrix world by having multiple sites.

So, now are we supposed to start matrix-sitessucks.com to combat your site as well?

I'm all for free speech and love the debates, but this seems like it is a stretch and will not end up really accomplishing the task you have at hand, which is to promote the matrix sites to newbies and encourage growth in your industry and help the matrix site owners develop their businesses towards success.

Well Hurley, you bring up a good point. But matrix-sites I don't think is dovoted to bring fights and debates over there. I think they want to stick directly to matrix-sites. While over here on MatrixWatchSucks.Com were dedicated to bring both sides of the story. Like you said people have to run all over the internet to get answers. Why not just come to our main site that bring both the matrix supporters, and matrix haters together to talk. That is what the site is about. I think we are going to have to aim it more towards that. I now look at the site, and it does seem like it's to bash MatrixWatch.Org,.. (which was most of the intention because we were mad that they weren't letting people speak their opinions.)

We will need to direct the site more towards this. Let both the groups come together as one, debate, and talk. I think it would be better to aim the site towards this. If you agree, or have opinions please give them to us below.

Yeah, the one thing that will detract is using the website name matrixwatchsucks. It brings it to a lower level. Maybe something like promatrix.com or matrixsupport.com. Definitely, this site is dedicated to hearing the anti-matrix side of things, but our most active users are pro-matrix, so both sides are being heard here, but are relegated to the forum and don't have a say on the main pages.

hurley, that is not true. All members can post whereever they would like to. The pro-matrix forum is for archiving purposes so people can have instant access to their side of the arguments. It is difficult to piece all of their posts from the various threads on different forums together to form a singe argument.

sorry, what I meant to say was that the main home page of this site is anti-matrix. Thus, in ALL of the forums, would be the place for them to post their thoughts.

If a newbie comes here, unless they go into the forums and see the posts, they will only receive anti-matrix info. It had nothing to do with their new "corner" as they like to call it. Although, if I went to matrixwatchsucks.com and saw a forum for anti-matrix posts, that's probably one of the first ones I would read instead of trying to go searching all the other forums for opposing points of view.

Yes there is. Like your sig. says "There's two sides to every story." Our site is going to bring both sides of the story. Why it is called MatrixWatchSucks? Because they suck at telling both sides of the story. We feel our site is needed.

No. As of right now. The builder was trying to edit the activation link that people were having troubles with the forums. And he must have edited something wrong. I tried contacting him about it, but he was gone. Should be back up soon.

I agree with you 100%. It's just I don't like the name is all.

there does need to be 2 sides to every story, one here and the other at matrix-sites.net or some other site. Using sucks in your site name just portrays a hint of unprofessionalism. We don't suck at what we do, but if you come here looking for support the matrix world, then you won't find it.
