I hope so. I don't like seeing my daughter's hopes and dreams going into the trash, along with everybody else's. Do you know how many people posted at YM that they were seriously depressed because they had made promises to their daughters, that they were unable to fulfill.

The big question is... Why is there a need for a "new" YMMSS to be up and running, and what assurances do the YMMSS victims have that this "new" program will have different results from the "old" one.
By launching a "new YMMSS", they are inadvertantly admitting that there was a problem with the old one (as we've been saying for quite some time). So, to answer the question about what MatrixWatch plans to do about it, I suppose that it will be the same as what has been done already: Speak the truth about this specific program and provide sound evidence and argumentation about why it is problematic and unsustainable.
After all, time has shown that we were correct in our predictions about the "old" YMMSS, so that is a huge credibility boost. And we are totally confident that we can keep on doing exactly what we've done to be successful and gain more credibility in the future. It doesn't seem that YMMSS can make that same claim. :)

I hope for the sake of all the conned folks in YMMSS that everything works out for them, sadly I know that this will never happen so this "putrifying site" will be around for a long time after YMMSS is long buried. :(
Id just like to say that Im pretty annoyed with all the YMMSS folks who feel the need to call this site evil, bring it down and pretty much blaspheme when they know exactly what is going on. If they dont then in making their comments they obviously dont have the mental intellect to pass judgement on this site. :nono: But then again maybe some one else is doing it for them as they cannot think for themselves!.
To all the folks who have money in YMMSS Im sorry and I do hope you can regain it.
To the other PRO-YMMSS folks - Go and take a hard look at yourselves in the mirror before you con another cent out of the next breadline biz-opp family. :nono:
How dare you take money from unsuspecting people when you yourself do not know how the system works and how it will repay!
You are nothing but vultures!! Waiting for the next unsuspecting victim to pay his $22 that may or may not move you up a notch on the everlasting conveyor belt to the "feeding zone" where you feast on the scraps of your Demi-God Kim's table.
Feel proud that you "earn" his scraps, he's taken what he wants, and he's left you with what you can all scramble for. :shake:
So does that make you feel good? Because that is exactly what is happening!
Feel free to pour scorn, threats and blind faith because this rottweiler (as Bigdaddy so fondly refers to us as) will not let go. :D

And how is that platter of crow tasting right now? See, folks here knew from the beginning that YMMSS would fail and have to build a "new and improved" model to stay alive. But the pro-YMMSS people would come here and say how the solid track record and Kim's reserves was proof that the system could never fail. Then in failed. Cycle times kept climbing and there was no way to fix it. So Kim just reorganized things and traded rising CT for shrinking weekly payouts. Get used to it because by the end of the year you'll see all kinds of excuses as to why no big ad clients have signed up for the paid to read deal and how an even better "new and improved" plan is in the works.

Welcome to Matrix Watch MrT46.
Too bad you are incapable of providing anything
other than insults to back up your thinking.
Kim Inman lied to thousands of people about cycle
times and how much money they could realistically
earn long term from his ponzi.
The pathetic results from the banner ads on the
YMForums and YMMSS.org should open your eyes
to just how bad the results will be for any advertisers
that decide to risk advertising to an untargeted group
of biz opp seekers.
Earning a couple bucks per share at the start is a far
cry from 100K earning $100K. The only people that
will be earning anything substantial will be those that
invested heavily or have been in for a long time. The
majority that have very few positions will earn very
little and will watch it drop every week as thousands
of positions flood the RFA.
Perhaps you need to pay a little more attention to your
own forums. There are plenty of people who aren't
happy with YMMSS, old or new.
The fact that well over 1/3 of the membership think
so little of YMMSS that they couldn't be bothered to
fill out the survey should also be a good clue for you.
If Kim Inman hadn't lied so much and made so many
promises he couldn't/wouldn't keep, there wouldn't
be a YMMSS forum here at Matrix Watch.

I wish I could quote it...it was in a conference call. If somebody else can't quote it, i'll find the quote later.
Kim was pushing his members to all sign up for ymauctions so that it could appear to be this big auction place. He wants to fabricate the truth even to retailers in hopes of conning one of them into purchasing. By the way, looking at it now, there are 25 auctions, 2069 members, no bids.
1 person has 14 auctions. No bids. The same person has 61 closed auctions with 1 bid total. So, 75 auctions has one bid from this person. The 8th item that is ending soon is ending in 3 days...is that really ending soon?
I really dont know how anybody can trust this joker with all the lies that he was caught it, him wanting to portray something (the auction site) that its not.
Remember the servers that was supposed to be so wonderful that it will process everyday? now, the payouts will only be once a week, not everyday. And, does intgold not care if there will be 25,000 transactions every week from ym?

lol lol
Like I said in The token crumb--YMAuctions.com (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2680),
Kim had the auction site thrown together simply
to keep his flock thinking that he was actually
doing something to generate outside revenue.
The same thing with the banner ads. They could
have had those banner ads up from the very start
if they wanted to get a little outside revenue flowing.
And it would have been a logical way to get affiliates
to change their buying habits which is what will be
necessary for a successful advertising business.
And if affiliates were to believe all of the bull**** about
"date arithmetic" that mjgroup and corey were spewing
on the YMForums, processing 5 days per week should
have been the utmost priority even with the new system
switching to weekly processing. According to their
flawed logic, 5 day per week processing would have kept
cycle times from rising 6 or 7 days each week. lol :head:
What a complete and total joke.

You seem to offer nothing but typical responses. You will probably never be able to back up your statements, we've all heard the one about introducing the "company" (whos books you will never likely see) to businessmen, networkers etc who all seem impressed. Have you any proof? and If they were such astute businessmen and networkers do you not think they would have been "in" on this "good business" from the start?

Sometimes I wonder about those still purchasing credits! Who do they think will come in behind them and pay them when they hit the paying pool. It will be so diluted by then it won't matter. Retailers are not going to be involved with a pay system that is failing and will continue to fail. So many now are knee deep in credit cards that they won't be able to buy a scarf from little old Gramma if she was a mom and pop retailer.
Kim has not shared with his followers that came in from the start where he says he invests money to make money. He was approached by someone I know that tried to get the banking system going and he also showed him how to make some investments that would help ymmss there was no answer on Kim's part. He does not want to deal with those that have good business practices because they are so knowlegable and he doesn't want reveal his nature with them. I a member of ymmss was lied to about the 90 day cycle I have it recorded 3 times what was discussed. I stopped all purchases and at the 90 day cycle started cvw until now. Yes I got my money back and even more which was paid by other members behind me so I am not perfect in being angry and taking more then I should have. Now this new pay system well it will tell the tale without success because of the math involved as has always been the case.
Those left on the forums who are pro ymmss are tearing each others hearts out one by one they are not bad people but caught up in bad times. Prepare for the worst and learn from your mistakes.

Those left in the YMforums who are pro YMMSS are at each other's throats! The moderators are infamously known as "the gestapo" and "Hitler's mad camp" behind the scenes. They pick and choose who they want to use the membership terms on. I.e. Someone may want to call someone else stupid and they let it slide if it's a mod or a YM cheerleader. However, if someone needs to ask a question and they're new and haven't read the TOU(or ar just not using it as their bible) then they get deleted, thrown out and/or followed around ever after....treated like crap. Everything they say gets dumped in some archive file. I get told a lot of stuff behind the scenes.
Even if Kim Inman was successful with the business in his own right, this "gestapo" would bring down (and is tearing down) his kingdom because more and more people feel the need to come here and breathe...say what they want and pose the concerns that are necessary to them. Then, they find out the real skinny and it turns them away from YM totally. This is going to happen more and more and more.

Ouch.
This is my biggest beaf showing that its nothing more than a ponzi, and kim and all the mods are lying to the member base. There is a simple way to make this transaction fair.
Here is my proposal to make it fair for everybody.
As of 12:01 PST (or whenever) November 1st the site will convert to the new system. To avoid confusion, there will be no new purchases from 9pm-3am. After 3am, all new purchases will only be for the new system.
Any new purchases from now until 9pm, including outstanding shares, will have the choice to go into the new system or stay in the old system. Divide the number that want the new system by the ones that want to stay in the old system, and you got the percentage that goes into each group.
Now, since they are pushing the new system, I'd give 60% to the new system, and 40% to the old system, if its straight 50/50. In other words, weigh the new system at 60% instead of 50%.
When a position on the new system cycles, the person has 2 options. To claim via website, or convert to the new system. Give them the 2 days like they get now. In the 2 days they can claim, or dictate how they want their position to convert. Say, if its a $320 payout, do they want a $320 position in the new system, or 2 $180s, etc.
Eventually, the whole site sill be bought over to the new payment system. That way the people who do not like the new system can get out now, and that way those who are really into the new system will actually have a bigger payout because of the 60/40 and because people can withdraw their positions eventually so there isnt so many mature positions.

While your idea might be ideal, it could
hardly be considered "a simple way".
The programming would be a nightmare.
Given Kim's track record, such a difficult
mingling of systems would probably take
decades. lol
There is no "fair for everybody" option.
That went out the window as soon as the
90 day barrier was breached and the ponzi
started to stall.

yes, it looks like they are paying out "about" 1000 positions a week, so it will take 8 weeks to move through 8000 positions. yes, you are right about having "survivors guilt" also. it doesnt seem right that the poor people behind me who are buying tens like crazy are the ones who will be paying my $320 if it EVER pays before the new system comes in. But then the money I put in went to pay someone ahead of me. You're right, it isn't right (morally) the way it is going. OH ACTUALLY the poor souls behind me are my friends and my daughter. they dont hate me or blame me, but they are actually more devastated than i am.

I pulled this thread out of retirement cuz I thought it was so funny. You know what folks, sometimes we are right on here. Actually, we are usually right cuz we have facts and reality on our side.
The whole premise of STA is just silly. It sounds good. Ineffective tv and newspaper advertising. The internet is the way to go. That sounds good, I'd almost buy it. It is true though.
You see, 10 years ago when there was no internet (for the sake of argument since it was still kinda new back then) when you went to a store and bought something for $10, thats how much you paid for it. You didnt know any better. Yeah, you bargin hunted to find the store with the cheapest price. Thats human nature. But, even that store how much was the markup? How much above cost were you paying for it?
Then came eBay, where any joe can sell any garbage at way below retail just to get rid of it. So now, instead of going to walmart to buy underwear people are seeing if they can get a good deal on eBay.
But, it gets even better for consumers. Go to epinions and you can read reviews on products before you buy them. Now products are being made better because consumers are getting smarter because there is more information out there for them to study thanks to the internet.
And what about those sites that you can say what your looking for and they'll tell you all the merchants who are selling it and what price?
And, back to eBay, amazon allows regular consumers to sell product. Even the whole idea of the internet is anybody can sell anything without great overhead costs of running a brick and morter store. Thats a big deal.
So, what is the cost of whatever you are looking to buy? You can find that online. And, you can find a wholesaler out there who will sell it to u at a buck above cost, so they can push thousands of items and make alot of money based on quantity sold.
So, are tv and radio and newspapers becomming less effective? To a point, yes, only because consumers are getting smarter before they purchase. So, is a site like STA going to be the next big thing? Of course not.
If the cost of advertising with STA was free, then the advertisers could sell the product at lowest possible cost. However, because there is a cost, the advertisers will need to recoop the cost. So, if the cost is $3,000 and they hope to sell 100 units, then they would sell the product at normal markup + $30 to recover costs.
Now, I as a consumer, if I want to buy that product, I can either buy it thru STA so that a few pennies on the dollar is split up by 200,000 units, or I can see if I can get that product even cheaper. Some will support the retailer in hopes of getting kickbacks, but that doesnt make sence.
Going back to my example earlier. lets say the product normally sells for $200. On STA its $230 to recover advertising costs. $30 will go to STA. About $23 will be split up into 200,000 pieces. That person wont even get a penny back from that purchase where they can buy it elsewhere for closer to $200. Even if they find it for $225, they are still saving $5.
But, maybe i Just dont understand why any retailer would want to advertise with a group of people making money to read ads. They are there to make money not to spend money. I would rather advertise at a place where people are looking to spend money not make money.
