There has bee alot of discussion lately on inappropriate signatures and userids's used on this site. People have been banned without warning for the violation of the forum rules. Now I am not a rocket scientist but I read the forum rules one more time to ensure I was withing my bounds to bring this to light.

Here is the forum rule:
1. No Profanity at all in the posts, signatures, UserID settings, or Avatars. Suggestive content related to sexuality, or other lewd material is also prohibited.

Now the user Id that is in question is "Peterdragin". He is a super moderator on this site, but yet he is still able to use a userid that breaks "Suggestive content related to sexuality, or other lewd material is also prohibited."rule. Many of you may have not paid much attention to his userid until now. I will be very careful so that I will not get banned again when I explain this. This also might sound like I am picking at him but, a rule is a rule. He makes reference to his private part(peter) and states that it is dragin(dragin what I do not know, the ground I assume). At first I thought that he was making reference to a dragon, but he would have used dragon if this was the case. If there was a legitimate reason other than this for the userid, I apologize, but the fact is that if I think of it in this manner others are sure to also. Technically if someone takes his nickname to be lewd and sexually offensive it probably is. I think this nick should be treated the same as thissitesux was treated. They are both offensive and should not be allowed on this reputable site.

Dude, you spend too much time here if you came up with that...:D

I guess I never saw his name that way, but you may have a point.

Could you also say the same thing about Big Starr or starfish? LOL

You could almost take a lot of names to be that way. Maybe I'm naive, but I thought it was a childhood character.

What is wrong with BigStarr or starfish? Keep in mind I am a female... If you plan on sum how making my name sexual then you are clearly just getting rediculous.

Matrixfriendly, if his name is peter in real life then your entire cause for this thread is just rediculous too lol... I have never looked at peters name in a sexual way.... Never once seen it from your perspective... I doubt anyone else has??? So I wouldnt consider it offensive.

You are correct his name may be peter in real life. Peter by itself is not the issue. It is when you add "dragin" to the mix that it makes a turn in meaning. I agree not everyone will see it the same but if I did I am sure there will be others to follow.

I too never saw it that way, I always figured he just didn't know how to spell dragon correctly. As well dragin would have 2 G'S if it were to be meant the way you've taken it. With the number of misspelled words and incorrect usage of grammar in the posts that are in this forum, I wouldn't doubt it if he did mean it the way you say.

hehehe well dragin i did not know of its meaning.. and yes i did take it as a misspelt dragon...

I'm pretty sure he meant it in the way you have described as far as dragin... However, i doubt he used peter for the purpose of peter meaning the male private part.

lol nice one matrixfriendly =o)~
