I have a question about legal binding terms :
I have seen statements that ezexpo does not have to send you the electronics in the matrix, it is a free gift.
The wording on the website looks to me like they are obligated to do so if you "cycle".
The website states ... "When you purchase our e-books, we guarantee you a position in the matrix and also guarantee that upon cycling said matrix, you will receive your free electronics."
If someone cycles and does not receive the matrix item, is that not fraud ?
What action can be taken to receive the "guaranteed" item ?
Thanks
