Hi. I wanted a refund from this matrix company that I just got into and I wanted it before anyone was cycled and I requested it. However, that guy later dragged it out trying not to give refund and now someone has cycled. I paid thru paypal credit card and I'd like to call my credit card company instead of paypal's process to cancel my payment. What should I tell BOA as the reason to cancel the payment.??
