I have a question about legal binding terms :

I have seen statements that ezexpo does not have to send you the electronics in the matrix, it is a free gift.

The wording on the website looks to me like they are obligated to do so if you "cycle".

The website states ... "When you purchase our e-books, we guarantee you a position in the matrix and also guarantee that upon cycling said matrix, you will receive your free electronics."

If someone cycles and does not receive the matrix item, is that not fraud ?

What action can be taken to receive the "guaranteed" item ?

Thanks

If you cycled - you will get your item.

With the Paysystems fiasco and campaign here at Matrix Watch - things slow down.

Have patience - you paid $150 for a-books and will soon be receiving a $5500 TV or check.

As far as legality of the terms on EzExpo's site is concerned, there is a section in the law suit that addresses the issue brought up here. If you have any questions after reading it, please post additional questions here.
