Has anyone heard of this....

Apperantly that link didn't work, so here is how I found that info.

I went to www.senate.gov

I clicked on Legislation and Records Button at the bottom

I searched by keyword "Anti Pyramid"

I went there and read it, but it sounds like every other law i have already read. So whats the difference? I thought all of what was said on there was already a federal law....
