Hello everyone, I haven't posted here in a while. Just an observation though, seems you aren't getting anywhere huh. Have you received any money yet for your poorly submitted lawsuit. LOL really you know you will never get more than (maybe) a piece of paper to hang on your wall.
For all the good people who were conned into hating matrices your reason is the owner of this site...Timmy and no other reason.
Yes he caused us several months of loss of income, running down our character, personal and business. If not directly then by his suckers he has planted all over the forums.
Now for those of Us that might enjoy the matrices, Timmy has really done a good job. Unfortunately, he's costing us and you.
Timmy the lawsuit against you is looking really good,,, I mean good. Against you and your lawyer.
This is only meant legally, we are gonna hound you and your lawyer. WE also are completely ignoring (if you haven't noticed) your lawsuit.
This website and your appearances with that idiot lawyer your found, well it's gonna hurt. Sorry to say it but I'm glad. It'
s just too bad you had to drag customers with you, they won't see any free gifts from us if I even hear they talk to you and I find out. Feel good screwing all those people Timmy? No reply necessary.
Until your summons,
Good Day
First of all, I brought this to a new thread since Shelby was hijacking another thread.
Next, I just want to say that making a threat is dumb, since it can be used in court, and this forum is saved for record. Keep it up. I see that you have resorted to collecting money only by money orders. Is that because nobody will take your money for you, or so that there won't be an electronic record of the latest people that you are scamming?

Wow how lucky your customers are to have someone like you to rely on...

All of you should know that Shelby Ware has filed a "General Denial." This is just a basic form. Not something that would normally be used by an attorney in this type of case and, indeed, Shelby appeared in pro se (no attorney). Not only that, but Shelby served his own Denial by mail even though the proof of service says under penalty of perjury "I am not a party."
Despite Shelby's big talk about "his lawyer," not only does he have no attorney at this point but he starts off by committing perjury on his proof of service. A minor mistake but one that indicates he is in way over his head.
EzExpo promised that the TechTV interview would "jump start" its lists, yet all TechTV did was call their practices into question, and cite MatrixWatch.org as an informative reference on their website, which led to approximately 6,500 clicks so far. EzExpo thought that by filing as an international corporation and applying for an overseas processor account in Belize they would be able to avoid future lawsuits. However, the Belize processor is now delaying their services with EzExpo. Furthermore, by shutting down EzExpo.com's lists, and forwarding all of those long lists of names to the other two matrix sites they started, EzExpo thought that it could avoid other future lawsuits because the poeple would have to deny certain rights to sue in order to stay on the lists. Think about this.... New matrix sites have enough problems getting off the ground... Imagine a new matrix site opening up WITH thousands of names on the lists. It is just a horrible idea, and it was not done help people cycle faster as was promised. It was done to prevent future litigation.
So... EzExpo is "ignoring the lawsuit"? I'd say that everything they have done for the past three months was DEFINED by the lawsuit.

Nope, It's good it is recorded as this is a statement of fact. You can call it what you wish. I'm not trying to help any cause, just trying to get some reality in on the situation created by Timmy. Which is what he will get personally sued for (along with his lawyer). Call it what you want. Just the facts.
What will timmy get? Absolutely NOTHING.
Why? Because of his actions. They are illegal in all states not just CA.
Out of the 4 lawyers we have, and others we talked to, they all agree he is liable. Just the facts.
What case do I have to make look good? I just run a legitamate business and here is someone trying to take the food out of my mouth and steal the money form my customers. Just the facts.
This is like debating why a cow is not a duck. LOL
Till the summons,
Good day

Hey Timmy,
Quick reply, inaccurate as it is.
So here are the facts. I and exexpo have not (filed) anything, general denial or otherwise. I did mail a general denial to his lawyer, just like he said. It was never filed and nothing can be done to EZExpo or myself as we are not in front of the court, nothing has been filed by myself.
My lawyer did say all the previous stuff I posted. Timmy and his lawer are responsible for lost wages, income, for months now.
We don't have a processor in Belize, don't know where he got that info, and I certainly will not tell you where the processor we are getting is at. LOL
The facts are : we will survive, will not loose anything from the lawsuit filed by Timmy in the long run and what damage he has caused is all completely documented.
Timmy can post the suit when he gets it.
This is to all the intelligent people out there don't belive this fellow as he is a liar. Point,,,,,EZ Expo is a lottery. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE no two ways about it.
I just posted here for the benefit of our customers who are being mislead by this young man. Please avoid him he has no interest in you. The lawsuit he filed was out of pure hatred for EZExpo and his inability to follow the Terms of Serivce which can be found here Terms of Service (http://ezexpo.com/tos.asp)
Many people have been turned off by my words against him and his followers, sorry I very much dislike them. They are the ones causing the temporary hold up we are experiencing, to be included in the suit against him.
I'm sure he is a fart smeller, I mean smart fellow but he obviously didn't think this through too far. He only wants to damage us and all matrices as his agenda.
Good day

Well in reply to this, they should avoid you. If not they are not good customers they will join you. Yes the good customers are very lucky to have someone to rely on like me. Timmy was a customer for about a day until he filed his lawsuit. He is a Bad customer, damage our business and our customers ability to receive there gifts, seeking money for nothing(which he will never get).
This is much like talking to a wall.

Shelby:
Yes I have heard some shady rumors about watchdog as well but it pales in comparason to the way you have behaved. I have read your posts on numerous forums and they often come across as childish at best (at worst you have to resort to deleting your own posts). And the whole adressing tim as timmy just shows how immature you are. From what I have read on these boards he comes across as much more professional than you.
With that said I can't say whether or not he will win his case against you. I have seen very little info on the whole thing, would be nice to see some dates up. I don't know about illegal lotery, looks more like a ponzi to me.

Good point, I will admit Timmy has good grammar and is real nice as he sticks it in you. Enjoy!!!!! If behavior is how you judge the law and business then I'm guilty...Thank God that's not so in this country and people who do harm like Tim will pay the piper soon enough.
As far as myself, you don't know me...in fact noone here does.
So being far more busy than most I respond quickly and move on.
If you are a grammar freak then that's your tough luck.
Yes Tim will lose, who is he gonna win against. Even if he wins (by some freaky CA miricle...oh wait CA doesn't believe in miricles)
what can he get. Has anyone asked him that? I can tell you, nothing.
Good luck with whatever it is you are seeking.

Members,
Just so you know, Shelby Ware is the owner of EzExpo and he is listed as a Defendant in the case. He has run one of the largest and most influential matrix sites on the internet. This would be a great opportunity to ask him some questions.

Actually my biggest question has to do with why Damian sold EZexpo. From my understanding it was at its peak. did he foresee what was going to happen?

I believe it is lightly addressed in the May MSNBC article

surprised to hear he wasn't making that much cash. Or claimed to. Also sounds like he realized what he got himself into.
