Here is the latest from the effort against IT4US:


Total losses logged have now exceeded $(NZ)2M as at 1145 hrs 10th Nov. NZT

We know of at least one person who has been approached by the NZ SFO to provide more detail of their loss claim.

This initiative from Caninelover is so that the US victims may lodge a joint consolidated claim with the IFCC & the SEC

My observation is that the SS Prosperity is now dead in the water and close to sinking without trace. There has been no recorded utterance from, or sighting of Toler for weeks, and there is no activity on the ITUS web site. There is a little "Cheerleading" type activity from a couple of volunteer optimists in the conference room but no payments, news, announcements, or anything else indicative of any normal business activity.

Our loss register continues to gain new entries as more and more victims accept the reality of ITUS being a Ponzi scam. I am amazed at the number of die-hard optimists posting in forums that are still hoping for ITUS to "start" again soon.



Its a good thing that one person was contacted by the NZ police concerning the report that was made, but still, its only one person, I think they need to do a larger investigation.

I still think the amount of money collected in this scam is amazing, $2M (NZ) is equal to about $1,377,658.78 USD. :eek:

BTW Jokach that represents less than 1% of the actual registered 21,000+ victim accounts. Sure, a lot of them were only for a few $$, but there are still mega-millions unaccounted for.....

That probably explain why all this "successful" con-artists buy big mansions after their ponzi/pyramid takes off. :shake:

Our justice system is seriously flaw (or just slow) ....:( How can't they act faster to all these obvious scam? Nevertheless, I applaud the effort of IT4US-scam.com for taking the collective action that at least get the ball rolling. Collective action by PIPS victims was also effective.

YMMSS is a ponzi scam larger than IT4US, so I am confident that it will definitely trigger a criminal investigation IF only we have collective action. :)

Is there a reason why more people haven't come forward then to make a claim against IT4US? This sounds like the biggest scam in history ......

I love how numbers are just grabbed out of the air here.

using you numbers 1 mil is 1% 100Mil being 100%
21000 supposed members which many had multiple accounts.

Still that would be over 4.000.00 per account.
I think you would be closer 10%. Around 10 mil would be more like it

I'm not sure what makes your numbers more accurate than what Rhys has presented in his post. $4,000 per account average isn't as out of the question as you might think ...

I guess regardless of whether its 10mil or 100mil, its still alot of money that was taken from victims... :)

Hi Carney -

My numbers are off the victim register database and given that practically all those who registered are legitimate claimants, (You would need to be very stupid to lodge a false claim with the NZ SFO) then the numbers are for real.

You need to put this in context; which is:
Most of the 20,000+ accounts that collapsed with ITUS were for amounts of $1000 or less, and most of those victims just shrugged their shoulders and moved on. Those that have registered are nearly all serious losers, and quite a few of them were very big accounts, some well into the 6 figure range.

Now the following figures really ARE plucked out of the air -
Suppose that we have managed to record ALL the serious losers. Then if there was, say, only a measly $250 average in all the other accounts, then there is still a minimum of $(US)5M unaccounted for.

How would you see it??

Attention I.T. Members,

NOTICE OF CLOSING:

It is to be noted that this Closing of the SSP will not be a permanent closing, but most certainly an unfortunate action which is however necessary at this time. Certainly not what we want, just necessary for the time being.

REASONS FOR ACTION:

Unfortunately now due to current investigations by the authorities and other related issues involving the naysayers, troublemakers, and complainants involved we are left with no choice but to close the SSP at this time.

What we find the most disturbing and truly frustrating is the lack of communication that we have been forced to maintain. You must understand that even the most innocent of things said, most Accurate of information presented, or most positive perspectives offered, are constantly being misconstrued, twisted, manipulated, and generally just used against us, as well as used against you, and those of us who are trying to work Together for the sake of everyone.

We actually have quite a bit of information that we have been looking forward to sharing with all of you for several weeks now. We have also been looking forward to holding a posting day, unfortunately with all of the negative attention currently being directed at us, and all of these “Games” being played by certain individuals, it is just not possible at this time to do those things – at least Not within the SSP, which brings us onto the next announcement…….

NEWS AND ANNOUNCMENT BLOG:

This Blog will be used to share some of the information we have been holding back for several weeks, it will contain all general updates and or announcements, progress reports, and it will also contain schedules of when the SSP will be open, as we may be making it available from time to time and hosting Posting Days.

INVESTIGATION BY AUTHORITIES:

Granted going through the process of these investigations is a very frustrating, stressful, and an ever so time consuming affair for all of us. The Most frustrating part is that these Naysayers and Trouble makers (Whom may we mention, we fully realize only make up a small percentage of our members) are creating so much confusion that we can not even share accurate information with those of you who DO support what is trying to be accomplished. Of-course in the long run of things, they are only making us stronger by attacking us in the manner such as they are now. When we reach the end of all of this negativity and confusion, then the TRUTH shall certainly set us free and Make us Stronger than we ever were before. And the TRUTH is the LAST thing that the trouble makers wish to accept or have presented. But that also will come to pass.

Our Confidence and advantage during the time of all of these investigations and even times of delays is simply that all of these claims, attacks, and reports are based on nothing more than misconceptions, rumours, speculations, and some straight out lies – Where-as we KNOW we are not guilty of any wrong doing and our Proof is based in Facts, Honesty, and some Very Strong Principles. Principles that NO ONE , authorities included, are going to stray us away from.

CONCLUSION.

Well it would be nice to have a conclusion . . .lol.

To those of you who have sent their best wishes and support, we thank you sincerely.

At this end, everyone is in good spirits and still have their sense of humour and strength of conviction.

In spite of the intrusions and worry, we will prevail.

In final analysis, I.T. is still moving forwards - nothing has changed fundamentally. So don't give up - we never did and never will - you just have to grit your teeth sometimes and keep ploughing ahead.

When this episode is over we will be back to carry on from where we left off and will, as we are now, continuing the process of getting all accounts paid up. Yes, granted it is still going to take some time to do that completely especially with all of these interruptions, attacks, and queries into our affairs. But Always remember this is our First Priority, especially when so much more business, positive growth, and future developments are waiting on such things.

So we ask you to drop in from time to time but don't lose any sleep over I.T. as we will continue to hold the fort as always.

We also realize with all of the “Drama's” currently taking place, and the fact that we can not communicate with all of you as we would wish to at this time, we realize there is an enormous amount of rumours, negative speculations, and even in some cases flat out Lies that are circulating about I.T. and what is currently taking place. Well……….. As the situation stands as of now, unfortunately there is not a whole lot we can do about that at this time. So for the time being we will simply continue as we always have, holding Faith in our Mission Statement and the Principles that brought us this far and will lead us into the Future!

We will also continue holding faith in the ever so Good and Caring members among our ranks, and at the end of the day we will rely on your ability to follow your heart and your gut feelings and determine for yourselves what is truly taking place at this time. At least until we ourselves are in a better position for sharing Accurate information without fear of negative consequences for such actions.

We have every reason to carry on as we always have, and for each one of you that believe and follow our Mission Statement, those Reasons become That Much More Important and Significant for each of us.

As many of you are already aware IT, and many of those of us involved with IT are currently going through Investigation by the authorities. This is not something that we view as a negative, in-fact, in the end it will serve as a very Great Positive for all of us. We must admit that we do not necessarily agree with certain tactics that have been used by certain “Individuals” during the course of this, and there is a LOT of things that are quite frustrating for us as certain complainants and all your general Trouble Makers are doing their best to make things very difficult for us. By closing the SSP we are certainly not planning on cutting our members off completely from news, updates, and or general information. Once the SSP has closed we will have available on the main page a News Blog. On this Blog we will be working to maintain a DAILY Report, even if the report for that day is that we have nothing to report. Many different reasons led to our decision to close the SSP at this time. We have been debating over this decision for quite some time. This notice is to inform all members that the SSP forum will be closing.
