The thread concerning the mail-order company mydv.co.uk has been removed from our forums permanently. After a full review of it, there was alot of good information in it, and in the same breath, alot of slander, and potential defamatory content in it.
If you are an unhappy customer of mydv.co.uk, you are urged to file a complaint with any of the agencies listed on our website. Additionally, contact your credit card company or the mydv.co.uk company directly to resolve any additional problems. Take note that we can assist you with filing complaints, or assist in providing resources to file a class-action lawsuit. Contact jokach@matrixwatch.org for more information on this.
MatrixWatch regrets having to take this action since so many consumers were affected, however we need to keep our standards on an ethical level when we support the consumers, and the content being posted in that thread no longer allowed us to do that.
