Cycled, did not receive

I entered ezexpo last November for 50" plasma, cycled in Feb. but still have not received it. Every time I have aked them when, the answer is something like soon, or in the next 30 days. I pressed harder last week and got a nasty reply, threatening to not send the tv.

Has anyone else had a similar occurance ?

Shelby has addressed this issue several times on the forum associated with EZ Expo.

Be patient - things are shipping. I saw Shelby today and he had a load going out.

I read in a recent article that PaySystems is holding $80k of payments collected for Ez, how can they do that ?
If PS is not going to forward it to Ez, don't they have to return it to originator ?

I am not worried about getting my stuff... EZexpo has always done what they said they would do.

Does anyone else realize that sooner or later, there is about 95% of the people or so on these lists that won't get what they paid for? I don't think so.

And if you do receive something, there are about 19 others who won't.

This matrix thing is a glorified ponzi scheme and they are a joke.
