Matrixfriendly was banned a while back for breaking the rules. Then, I allowed him back in with all the others. In the course of two days he managed to post about 75 times! Most of the messages were taunting, but he did have a few good ones here and there. Unfortunately he could not follow forum rules and even after a warning, he was put on suspension. Then, he tried to come back in by registering for about 3 user accounts. I took care of them, and now he has appeared on the EzExpo forum trying to get us all over there. Matrixfriendly is not a very good representative of the entire pro-matrix community as he is not as respectful as the others. Here is his post:

I challenge all matrixwatch anti matrix members to bring your debate here. Remember though Watchdog cannot delete your posts and take care of you when us matrix supporters have valid points. Are ya'll allowed off the matrixwatch playground, Peterdragin, Arzel, WATCHDOG? Bring it on!!

You guys can go if you want, but his "valid points" are just too powerful for me.

I have said it more than once and I will admit it again matrixfriendly wasnt always the most diplomatic about his comments and many could have been worded better or left out some useless talk but all in all I think he did have some good points, but thats just me....

I have to agree with you on this one WatchDog, Matrixfriendly completely overstepped his place on this forum and turned from being informative to being completely annoying. Thanks for cleaning up the forum and making it enjoyable again.

Sounds to me like if he did not have valid points you would not hesitate to put a sock in his mouth, so to say. I have read posts from him on EZ and on here for awhile now and I think he has some very valid points in some aspects that I might add nobody has discredited as of yet. He also has a point on the userid's. Everyone should be held accountable to the same rules. If this cannot be accomplished how do you expect to have a fair debate?

I'd go to that site, but have been kicked off after 2 posts because I posted a question on how a matrix isn't a ponzi scheme.

Sounds like a great diplomatic place to hang out and post.

You know...I've had some posts deleted as well, so it isn't all one sided.

I think Matrixfriendly knew he was pushing the limit with the topic. And I think that's what he likes to do and was taunting to get kicked off Yes, I think there were many other appropriate ways to address the topic.

Every forum is created for a certain reason for whatever their agenda is, and I guess that's the problem with them. But if you don't like it and don't want to play by their rules then start your own forum. I do believe WDog is pretty lenient and liberal from what I have seen. It is interesting that hurley got kicked off and deleted off the other forum. Kind of puts all this to bed as far as the other site being so free.

They kicked me off just for being a member there. I was also a moderator at the time they kicked me out. It wasn't even the forum owner, it was one of the sub-moderators who didn't like me.

Here is matrixfriendly's post from this morning for all of you who are interested. Just FYI, whenever a member is suspended from these forums a record is written in this folder: http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=20

I was over at matrixwatch this morning, doing some posting, *wink* and seen that Watchdog was looking in on these forums as I suspected. By the following post made by him it would seem as though I am right. He does not want to post anything over here because he would not have any control over the opinions of others. I have posted alot over on his forums and I showed respect where I received it. If you have a different opinion than that of watchdog he calls it "taunting". I did follow the forum rules. I brought forth a topic about one of the moderators breaking the forum rules and he calls it disrespectful. He did not address the issue, he just closed the thread. Is this how a respectful site is run? So I indeed brought the topic up once more because I think it warranted a answer from the administrator of the site. He did not want to address the issue so instead he banned me once more. I did come back onto the site once more to show him that he could not silence me, for I believe in the right to free speech. Of course he banned me once more. Watchdog is not a very good representative of his communtiy either as for he is not believe in the rights or feelings of others. All he cares about is his own crusade of revenge. He only started his forum because the more people he can get onboard for his cause the better he will look. He does not care about the customers of the matrix community, like he claims too either. If this site was built to help the customers who wanted out and their money back, there sure is very little talk about it on matrixwatch. All you will see on that site is everyone else is wrong and how Watchdog is right.

Matrixfriendly's *wink* is referring to his post here under the alias "CaktusJack" which is listed under the same IP address as another alias of his "albeecha" (I'll beat ya). The comical email address was albeechabpost@...

The fact that is being ignored on that forum is that several people are getting refunds due to my lawsuit. The pay companies usually do not allow people to have refunds 30-60 days after their purchase, yet several matrix customers are getting refunds from Ginix, PayPal, and PaySystems up to 7 months after purchase. This is due to a combination of the EzExpo lawsuit, the expanded suit against of Ginix, and the addition of PayPal. Yet all of these people curse all of us here at Matrix Watch, and they continue to get refunds, refusing to ask themselves why. However, look at some of those who are trying to get refunds from CSI.. They are having a world of problems. Why? Because CSI has not been sued yet. Face it.. Matrix Watch has opened the doors for people to break free from this scam.
