Having asked for help by the forum and having read your helpful advice I would recommend that anyone paying via credit card if the goods haven't arrived in a reasonable time and there is no response from the company, that you contact your credit cardit company for repayment back.
I contacted mine who have frozen my repayment to them until the matter is sorted out; and having made some enquiries of their own have taken back the payment from Mydvd. Mydvd have 45 days to request its return, and I am still in this waiting time. However since I haven't had the goods I imagine my credit card company would refuse.
I know this isn't exactly an easy method but it is a way of getting back your money if goods don't arrive and the return of the money isn't forthcoming either. Regards to all - Val
