Yes i'm another person ripped off by mydv, i ordered an apple ipod and a psp, i've received the ipod but not the psp. I was also charged on the site £299, Used my debit card, another big mistake and they debited £317.55. I have spent 20m on the phone i've had 2 live chats one i did'nt save one i did. I eventualy got them to get a manager to call me Mr Calvin Fox, which he did, begging me to wait another 7days for the psp, that dead line is tomorrow as yet i've received nothing, not even an e-mail. Lets see if i can copy and paste the last chat i had with them, to show you their standard of customer service.
nicola: My order no is 000. I spoke to one of your colleagues Linda last friday regarding the item i havent yet received. Well i still havent received the item, also she was supposed to be recrediting my account with £18.55 this was due to the exchange rate that i was not told about, she also promised to send me an email to confirm all of this, again i havent received this, i am now feeling realy angry and frustrated with all this. The item i havent received was meant to be for my sons birthday which was the 12november, so you can imagine how upsetting this was for him, i am appauled at your customer service and want to know what is going to be done about this.

Sandra: your order was supposed to shipped out on the 7th but will be shipped by end of the week and since we delayed it we will also be shipping it out via DHL expressway and that should bring the delivery time down to 3 days .
Sandra: thats because we do not have the exact amount on how much you were over charged
nicola: this is not good enough i was told my order would be shipped out immediately that was last friday, she also told me it would be express delivery. I am now thinking of cacelling my order and having a full refund!
nicola: Surely you must know how much i was charged, how are you supposed to refund people if you don't know how much you charge them you charged me £317.55 plus £1.00 charge
nicola: Have you heard of a uk program called uk watchdog, the program investigates company's such as yourself's when customers are having problems.

nicola: How can you be sure i will receive it, your company doesnt even notify cutomer's when there has been a delay i havent had one apologie from your company i spent 20 minutes on the phone speaking to a advisor, i then asked to speak to a manager to be told there was no one availableand that someone would call me back but surprise surprise i'm still waiting. Company's like this should not be allowed to trade

Sandra: you will have to call our customer service dept and cancel the order and you will receive your refund within the next 4 business days because I am not authorized to take cancellation request over chat sessions
nicola: if i don't receive my order by the end of next week i am going to take further action about this, as i said earlier it was my son's birthday on the 12 november and he still hasnt received his present, i will never do business with your company again and i will notify as many people as i can about the bad customer service your company has to offer
