Hi Ronnie - you need to do what I did - read all the messages on the mydv thread and you will get a feel for what is happening. I was lucky and received my goods. It seems others have been cancelling their orders because they weren't happy when they discovered they'd been misled by mydv.co.uk being a US company. You must decide whether you sit it out and wait - or whether you cancel and order elsewhere. However, as you've ordered a PSP - will this work in the U.K.? As I said - read all the messages. Good luck!

Thanks hazelwool, I think psps are not regional except for dvds for them. I think im just going to wait for it. It will hopefully come, if it doesnt I will try to claim it off the credit card insurance, if not. Thanks, Ronnie.

Hazlewood, I am one of the people who cancelled their order and it is not because it is a US company that I did. There are many very good/first class online sellers of goods in the US and I have bought things from some of them, non -electrical though. MyDV isn't one of them. They over charged my credit card by a signifcant amount and I realised that the Camera I ordered would not have a UK supplier guarantee would not be a UK spec device with full UK English instructions or the charger come with a UK plug on it. To cap it all there is a good chance that a high value item like this will have a UK customs VAT and import duty charge put on it when it comes into the country.

In the process of trying to get a full refund I have experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
