I received this from a person who belongs to the United States Pips Club.
Sandster
Bryan Marsden Ceo of Pips.
__________________________________________________ ________
Although there was no court case on 17 November, we are not
free of BN(Bank of Negara) yet, investigation is still ongoing.
With regard to the come back there will be parts that come up
before others, but the timing of your existing pips account
transfers will still be dependent on a few factors.
BN has to return our servers and documents when all this is
over before we can reconcile any accounts.
Currently we have no staff left, they have to earn a living so
all are gone, it is left to just Sharon and I to deal with at
the moment and it is a monumental task.
When we do get it all back it will take some time to sort
through it all and get it back in order.
This does not mean you will not be able to earn money in the
meantime because you will.
The withdrawal problems will, under the new structure be
eliminated, as they will be automated and only payable on a
monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly, annual or maturity basis.
I would request that you all stop asking questions, because
until we get closer to the BN situation being over and getting
it all back together we are not in a position to answer them.
Thanks once again for your continued support it means a great
deal to us.
Bryan

Bryan plans a come back... with... let me get this straight...
No workers.
No access to money.
No clearance of previously criminal investigations.
No closure of PIPS' scheme's failure.
Interesting...
I wonder if my account is still good. Oh wait. I can't log in... because the government has the servers... if Bryan plans on wading through something, I expect it is his own BS.
On the plus side I've been 100% vested for what... nearly 12 months now...lol... and if he gets it running by say "next march" then lets me withdraw in 6 months... Well, that first step will be a doozy, won't it now? (anyone care to go back to the simulator and figure out what a withdrawal from an account after 18 months of 100% reinvest comes out to? Anyone? how about those who had more than the basic account? Anyone?)
ps. just out of curiousity, how is Bryan making everyone's money without a staff again? Anyone?

I received more articles that state he is waiting for the Bank of Nagara and
they will more than likely be the Bank that handles all of the transactions.
He also says they are going to limit the withdrawels to 1 per month.
How do people believe it is Brian who is writing these articles. I'm very skeptical.
YOUR GAIN....
$7228.00 on the 13th month if you invested the standard $425 and set it
at 100% reinvestment for all of the 1st 12 months and re-invested 75% on the 13th month. See below

Most interesting. I haven't paid any attention to this program for a while now as the investigation has stopped it in it's tracks. I really can't see how it can come back as the same program. There will need to be many modifications made and much money payed out to those that are still waiting for their prior withdrawals. This scenario has always been interesting and continues to be so even now that all the naysayers have pronounced it dead.

It ain't dead 'til the FAT LADY SINGS. Right now she's on a lunch break.
But always remember in your own heart, "if it sounds like it's too good to
be true,,,,,,,,,,,,,it probably is."
Sandster has spoken again.
P.S. If I get a chance this week I'll post some of the other articles for Maouse and Sisco50 and anyone else who wants to kill time, to read................... :applause:
OPPS!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! MONEY ISN'T ALL THERE IS TO LIFE.

I got this message from the fat lady:
"I am not on a lunch break. Around February of 2005 I started singing. Due to the acclaim for the brilliant job Bryan did hoodwinking people into a Mortgage scheme which he added to the PIPS scam I had to continue singing for about another five months. I stopped singing in July. It had been a low slow song and my voice had grown course.
Sincerely,
The Fat Lady"
-Marcel
ps. In another 15 days I will have been 100% vested for 1 full year in a basic PIPS account. Yay. I'm, almost assuredly going to win my bet. Whew. I was worried I'd lose that dollar. Glad to see Bryan doesn't disappoint everyone he "meets". LOLROTFMLAO!

You were going to lose a dollar? Not sure what that is about. But, the fat lady has stopped singing. I wonder how many more fat ladies will be singing in the near future? My email is clogged with scam programs on a daily basis. Most of them come and go before anyone hears much about them. Kind of like matrix sites were doing a couple of years ago.

Maouse, your funny. Did you make much money singing?
I always believe in not holding your breath too long!!!! Glad I can't hold my breath long because I would've been dead by now. All I have to say to anyone who has 'invested' in PIPS is: DON'T QUIT YOUR DAY JOB!(Or night job for that matter) singing is a hard job.

There can't be a 'dollar' thing because the initial investment is $425.00
so I'm not sure what the 'dollar' thing is about either. I think it is just
a figure of speech. Hope no one took 'Fat Lady' personal because that
also was just a figure of speech. Later. Have a good week everyone and
stay away from the quick money scams.

Sandster. The "dollar thing" was a gentleman's bet regarding the future of PIPS. I won. I keep the dollar. And I keep the $425 + 100% vestment for 12 months (as of today I think!) account I gained. Which is currently, so far as I am aware, worth less than what I didn't lose. Comprende?

From what I understand Malaysia does not take to kindly to things of this
nature. If it is legit, Bank of Nigara will forsee any further activity that
Mr. Marsden and his crew plan...with withdrawels, etc.
Who knows where evil lurks?

This seems quite illegal, but I do not know the laws regarding lotteries in the UK as well.

Is this HALotto in the UK? Has Bryan Marsden relocated? I was expecting you to respond "misinformation" or "old news" again? ;)
I just found out Bryan's new move 24 hours ago, so I don't know the answer to your questions, yet. If you have new update, please feel free to share them with us.

I have been out of touch with PIPS program for the most part since the authorities started their investigation last August. I guess I can try and find out something in the morning. There are probably still many cheerleaders left waiting around for the restructuring that I feel will never happen. Some people just don't know when to call it a day in the HYIP arena. lol

Some info on the latest scheme by B. Marsden.
"The HA Lotto site now carries the following statement:
ABOUT US
H A LOTTO is wholly owned by PIPSAID Inc.
PIPSAID Inc is registered and licensed in the Republic of Anjouan and has been operating Lotto sites since March 2005.
The PIPSAID Gambling License is valid for operation online ONLY, members are therefore NOT permitted to advertise or sell offline in their jurisdiction as this will be deemed to be illegal."
"An enquiry to the authorities in the republic of Anjouan was replied to as follows:
Dear Mr xxxxxxxxx,
We note you have sent emails to both Mr Dvorkin and Mr Hon directly.
Perhaps I can explain the situation to you, regarding your inquiry
Firstly we are aware of this company trading www.halotto.com We can confirm that this company does not have an authorised gaming license issued in Anjouan. You will also note that on their web site there is no registered address in Anjouan or Anjouan contact number. The owners of the domain name are listed here http://easily.co.uk/index.php3. Anjouan Corporate Services Ltd are the only registered and authorised agent.
Please also see the official Government web site http://www.anjouangov.com/fraud.htm.
There are many Internet companies who are listed as being Authorised agents for Anjouan, or are simply selling Anjouan licenses, but we are the only Authorised Agents, recognised and approved by the Offshore Finance Authority and Government of the State of Anjouan
If we can be of any help please let me know
Regards
A.Mohamed
Anjouan Corporate Services Ltd
For those who might wish to verify this information independently, they may contact Mr. Mohamed at: info@anjouancorporateservices.com
Or Mr. Ronnie Dvorkin, the London based Offshore Inspector for the Republic of Anjouan at:
Ronniedvorkin@aol.com
Now it seems that Mr. Marsden agrees that he does not have a licence in Anjouan and is moving to a new, and disceertly unspecified, location.
One wonders where?"
It would appear that the HALotto launch date keeps getting delayed due to the fact that it is not licensed anywhere yet. Will it ever be? Probably not; in my opinion. I can't see that thing ever taking off as it appears to have already crash landed and the plane never left the ground.
B. Marsden has not relocated as his passsport is still held by the Malaysian authorities. This will not change until the BN has completed it's investigation of PICPAY. It was noted last summer (05) that PICPAY was not properly licsenced in the jurisdiction it operated in. It is unfortunate that the $1M dollar server that was confiscated for the investigation also had all the PIPS data stored on it as well. You would think that for $1M dollars a company could have bought several servers and had the various entities data split up. Or maybe the whole thing was just another of Marsden's many lies told to the gullible?

Does this mean I can use my PICPAY to buy something finally? LOLROTFLMAO!
Oh wait. I forgot. PIPSAID wouldn't take it either for a while there.
PS. Regarding Mr. Marsden relocating: As I understand it he has financial information on a bunch of fools who "sold their mortgage" to him in the final days of his last scam. I wonder if someone could be brave enough to admit they were foolish enough to do this and tell us how the mortgage payments are going. ANYONE?
PPS. Its a wonderful example of how you can rip people off via the internet. However sad that is, he is extraordinarily gifted at scamming without going to jail (for long).
PPPS. Wasn't his excuse before that he was sick of relying on other people... you know... banking sort of people. He hasn't changed much now has he?
