Refund of difference recieved

Just to let you know that I recieved a redund for the difference of what I was invoiced for and what they actually withdrew (£42). Asked for the refund via the chat and via email. I was emailed back 2 days later and asked to fax a copy of my statement showing the transaction amount and I got the money put back in my account about a week later.

I am still however waiting for my Camcorder which they have promised will turn up this week..so hopefully this will also be recieved (ordered on 14/11/05).

Hi MrFibbleUK - Congratulations on receiving a refund for the price difference. I've had email confirmation of a refund - just waiting for it to reach my credit card account. The time between my camera order and the goods arriving was 19 days - so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! Did you receive an email saying they would send another email with a DHL tracking number? I did - but if you've read my previous messages you will know that they did not send this email, but that DHL just turned up unannounced. Bear it in mind!
