I placed an order on the 11th Nov for a Sony PSP and to date still no sign of it. I too was overcharged like everybody else. Surely these people cannot keep on getting away with this. How is it that somebody in the USA can set up a website pretending to be a UK company. Do you think when I contact my Credit Card Company in the morning that they will refund me the money that I have lost.....

If you look through the other threads there is a lot of advice. If you have paid by credit card you can claim for goods not received after 30 days...
Some people have also been successful at getting refunds (I am one of the waiting hopefuls :head: ) and some have received their goods.

Best suggestion is read all the posts and see what best suits you.

Thanks I have read some of the other threads and it has given me hope that eventually I will get my money refunded from my credit card company. I wonder how many unsuspecting victims MYdv have ripped off today.

Unfortunately there are still people being misled every day by Mydv. All we can do is to keep providing advice. You are absolutely right to tell Carolann154 that she has to take the action which best suits her situation. Well done!
