Has anybody thought about informing the BBC Watchdog programme about these theives

That has been done, there is a link in the file a complaint section. The more people that complain, the more chance there is of them taking notice.

I have sent in a complaint but do not let that stop you or anyone else doing the same. It is necessary for as many people as possible to send in complaints as this is the way the BBC will take notice and air it on the programme. It doesn't work if only one or two people complain.

Also complain to as many other consumer organisations as you can many have online forms for this so it just costs you a little time. There is a list of otganisation and their web adresses elsewhere on the MyDv forum on this site.
