Zita of Matrixcomkits. I am still anxiously awaiting the proof of your alleged incident? The longer you wait the weaker and less credible your story becomes. In case you are too busy, just give me the alleged perpetrators names, date of occurrence, county and state of occurrence and I will be happy to do the rest and submit it on the board for you. All of which is public information except addresses of course.
I guess I better not hold my breath on this.

I wouldn't be waiting in this forum for the response as the original post from Zita was in an entirely different forum and on a different website altogether. uwantme is the one who broke the story here. You might as well ask her for pictures and commentary while you are at it. Why would you think that she would even entertain telling you about an incident I'm sure she's trying to forget?

Yea I knew that but I was just trying to prove my point that the facts to the case will never surface because maybe it never happened. Seemed to be a heated debate. So how can any of us really believe what she wrote without a little proof?

Well if you want to know email her at the address she gave on the other message board. Thats what I did and I have had several conversations about it with her, which left me without any doubt that it happened. I just quit posting her because 1. you guys will try to disprove anything. Even if you where showed a copy of a police report you would probably claim it was fake. 2. Out of respect for her, some details she asked me not to talk about. So if you really want to find out for yourself email her and ask her your own questions and tell her your doubts and why. Then you get your responses straight from the horses mouth. However you should probably be nice about it and dont email her saying you think shes a liar or whatever. I wouldnt respond to an email like that except to tell you to bugger off and I I doubt she will either.

Thanks for the info- I sent an email and will see what happens. I doubt she will respond but who knows. If it is true, I will be the first to stand up and say it was.

I read through this story and I can say that I absolutely do not give a s***. As with the folks who buy into these sites who should know better than to expect something for nothing, the folks who avoid honest work and expect to get fat quick in this questionable manner should expect that trouble will sooner or later come their way. "It was only over $25" or "it was in front of my kids" are incidentals that are meaningless. Fact is, "Zita" knew exactly what she was getting into (there isn't a matrix owner alive who could pass a lie detector test when asked "do you really think the ebooks are really worth what you sell them for") and her get-rich-quick scheme went sour the same way it does for all the matrix losers.
As for the posting of info, why not? All those who deal with the public should be accountable to the public. If they are afraid of PO'd crazies coming their ways, they should either get out of rackets where such might happen,or get bodyguards etc. the same way dope dealers and other anti-social parasites must. In other words, if you're clean, you don't have to worry. Info research and public posting should go on. It is worthwhile and positive social engineering when those who take our money are compelled to show their faces.

To MrBill:
What you are basically saying is that Zita brought all this on herself and her kids. How, could she have possibly predicted that this would have happened to her?

To "Hello:"
Prescience has nothing to do with it. Someone who works hard at an honest living would probably not be able to "predict" that he will become successful, but if he does, he can certainly be considered to "have brought it upon himself." Similarly with Zita; her actions brought her misfortune upon herself, whether or not she could foresee it happening. Whether or not she should have foreseen it happening is moot, since the rest of us have no obligation to pay through the nose due to errors in the greed-planning of others.

To MrBill:
You say "similarly with Zita; her actions brought her misfortune upon herself"
You are right, I can't argue there, had she not opened the website she would not have been in this mess. My point was that she could not forsee what was going to happen.
But, I have been wondering about her story, what if it really did happen to her, but it was a random attack, lets say she was attacked but it was NOT from a Customer of her website. It was from an intruder, from one of the many crazy's in our world. Now lets say after the attack she started thinking, what if an upset Customer might be next to attack her and her family, so she changed the story around to make it look like a Customer attacked her and that is why her website is closing. Deep down inside she knew she was screw people out of their money and needed an excuss to shut down. Just a thought.

I read her story. About the two people that "attacked" her. I find it to hard to believe. I believe it was the xbox list? I think, not sure. Anyways I find it really hard to believe that someone would travel to attack her. But then again you do see stories on the news a lot about weird attacks. so who knows.

Here is a post from Watchdog on another thread that pretty much sums it up with Matrixcom. And for those of you that did not know her site. Let me tell you the process she did, then read below. Lets see-a new web site (wow), new payment processor (of course the delay with all of that), then a couple contests (NCAA Contest) which she didn't make good on, new lists with auto cycle, and a few other new ideas she floated on her site- then poof- all gone right around the end of the month. Then her story. I think there must be a published book out there for Matrix owners on how to disappear overnight with peoples hard earned money, but still make them feel sorry for you.
Refund? Well I don't know what she considered small losses, but she never contacted me and I didn't consider mine to be a small loss. Actually, my emails were returned and I had to pursue that on my own. Yes, I emailed her asking nicely for her story, but the email was returned undeliverable.

If you notice, a HUGE amount of sites close shortly after that time period. However, before that disbursement date, there are often promotions, contests, new lists, and all sorts of things to make the customers think that everything is okay. This way, no customers feel the need to complain to the pay company, and the site owners get their money near the end/beginning of the month without the penalties that come from chargebacks and customer complaints. The site then closes down and the owner is unreachable. The money? Well, the pay company already gave it to the site owner, and this creates a liability situation for the pay companies.
Man you know your Matrix sites Watchdog!!!

I wrote that? huh... I'd like to know the link to the thread.
This observation is something I've been keeping tabs on since May. I only wish that I kept a more detailed record of the site closure dates. However, based on non-recorded observations that can be verified by the records on many forums (unless they are now deleted  ) I think that I am just about convinced of my hypothesis. If someone recorded the days that the matrix sites receive their funds from the pay companies, and then look at how shortly thereafter they close, then you would see a big bell curve on the chart. I prepare myself around the 4th-9th of each month for another round of closures from the PayRequest/StormPay-serviced sector. It is like roulette though, and you never know which sites it will be. Well... maybe Arzel does, but I don't. For this reason I sternly warn people about their involvement with the matrix sites. They are a ticking bomb, especially near a disbursement date.
