I ordered a PSP back on the 4th Nov and after a number of phone calls they always tell me its coming in a couple of days. Is it worth just holding on or is it best to cancel.
If I do cancel how quick (or slow) do they issue a credit, as they took payment on the 8th Nov which was for £12.34 more than the invoice stated. (I requested a £12.34 credit on the 8th and 19th and still not received it)
I last phoned up on the 30th and asked when its being shipped, because if its not I'm going to cancel my order. The lady came back and said it was shipped the day before but I am convinced this was just another stalling tactic, it should be with me today (2nd Dec). I can feel another phone call coming on this weekend!
Thanks

Foxy69:
Many people have reported getting their item(s). There could be other problems, such as a unit that is from a different country. There is also the problem of being potentially overcharged.

Just to keep everybody up to speed, I picked my PSP up on Saturday.
Its a JAP version with a 2 pin power cable but it looks like the same cable as on a Playstation. Theres no carry case, 32mb memory stick and the manual is Jap. I got the tracking number through a day after the goods were first attempted to be delivered. It took my parcel 3 days from shipping to arrive.
I've tested it with Fifa 06 and got the Internet working through the wireless connection. I haven't got a film to try but they should be ok on a Jap version.
These are my thoughts on MyDv
1. You will get your goods
2. If they hadn't taken the money upfront (and overcharged me!) I wouldn't have had a problem, after all its only taken a month to arrive.
3. Its hard to contact them. Always phone they dont respond to emails.
4. When you do get through keep asking for delivery dates, and if they say its coming in 7 days phone up 3/4 days before and ask if its been despatched.
5. The website is should state the goods are coming from abroad and that they dont actually stock them.
I'm just going to send all my paperwork onto Visa to try and get the £12 overcharge back.
Hope this helps.
