IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Its very important that anybody who feels they have been defrauded by mydv, to file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney Generals' office. Even if you are from the UK (which most customers are), please file the complaint anyway since as you know, mydv is run out of the state of Massachusetts (US). The email to send to is ago@ago.state.ma.us
If you need complaint text, you can use the text from the following link:
http://www.mydv-ripoff.co.uk/attorneygeneral.html
here is a text version from that link (thanks Peter!):
Dear Sirs
I am a resident of [wherever you are from] and have suffered a loss of money at the hands of a company called mydv.co.uk, which is owned by Mr. Jeremy Paradies of 97 Anderes Ln, West Roxbury MA 02132.
There is a large number of British and other national citizens who buy goods from mydv's website only to discover that this company is fraudulently taking more money from our credit card accounts than the agreed order price for the goods.
Could you please advise whether your office has jurisdiction to act against mydv in order to prevent future illegalities. The British authorities are unable to take action as the company is not UK-based.
I would be most appreciative of any information you can provide to help in fighting the continued and systematic abuse this company is engaged in.
Thanks you,

Please feel free to modify the above text to fit your specific concern in the tradings of mydv.
The state Attorney General is required to react after a certain number of complaints have come in, so if you haven't yet filed a complaint, please do so.
