I have my refund minus £4 which I will pursue. However, at least my money was returned of sorts.

To everyone, keep on at them and they will hopefully return yours!

Dont give up on the £10's the £5's etc... just think how many orders they have neglected to deliver and so the money you paid is the money you are due back.
A hundred £10's is £1000, not a bad result for failing to deliver goods promised :nono:

Well done to you for getting there. I hope you will also be succesful in chasing down the amount they still owe. As you say it may be small but why should they be rewarded for being as bad as they are.

After a long wait, "chats" with Lisa, emails and a conversation with a chap in India I have a refund (less £10 which they will surely donate to the Red+). I'm still going to follow this site and another one http://www.mydv-ripoff.co.uk/. Sounds as if the latter is getting grief from some suits in a shiny office in Washington USA (http://www.hhlaw.com) who can share the tenner with MyVD, oops DV, and give to a charity of their choice.

Rodbox, glad you got your refund!

However, I would urge you to at least follow up the shortfall with your credit card company and ask them to claim it back from myDV for you. Mine did it straight away, took a 5 minute phonecall. This will stop myDV profiting from their shambolic payment system...

Never again will I need to worry about MyDV. My refund shortfall has been put into my account. :applause:

Pressure and persistance is your only hope. I will continue to bad mouth, report and warn others of this site and hopefully they will shut down soon.
