ordered a camcorder and battery £313.98 within 24 hours nepine had requested £315.70 from my account. This was then withdrawn by Nepine and mydv.co.uk charged me £324.09. The amount was rising and according to mydv.co.uk this was because of fluctuations in currency??.
I cancelled order as it will not work in uk. This was confirmed by Livetalk operator and Lucas on the telephone.
Finally after numerous telephone calls I got a cancellation Email advising that my refund would be posted in 2-3 business days. It also advised to check with my credit card company for balances.
Today I got a sort of refund of £175.00 and was advised by my C/C company to put in a claim for the balance with them not mydv.co.uk.
