Offer Planet (www.offerplanet.com) closed up shop, and you can read their explanation on their index page. If any of you know information about this site or its customers please post here and let's try to help these people out. Many of them are not aware that they have both legal and refund rights.

Part of my goal for Matrix Watch was to make it a place where people could come and get help when their matrix site closed down on them. I would appreciate it if some of our members would help me do this.

Dear valued Members and potential Members,

Due to several unfortunate circumstances, Offer Planet is ceasing operation and is no longer accepting new memberships. Our reasons for discontinuing our services are due to a massive increase in competition (Including a member who started a "www.offerplanet.net" which we were not aware of until over a month had passed), continued abuse of our payment processor, and most importantly, stagnating sales that can no longer support our basic operating costs. We are truly sad to go, and sorry if we have disappointed you. It was through the support of our valued Members that Offer Planet thrived.

For those who have paid and have not received their ebook, it can be downloaded here.

I like the fact that they do not offer refunds, and in fact they say, if you ordered something, and have not recieved your ebook, click here. Gee, what a consolation prize.

Offerplanet.net and Offerplanet.com were owned by the same person. Both sites have been closed for a while now.

Thanks for posting and welcome back. Due to your heavy involvement in the matrix community, I am inclined to believe you on this one. So, if it was the same owner, why would he say it was one of the "members"?

I dunno. I think it's odd. I feel they were owned by the same people maybe. That's just what I think.

It doesn't seem that anyone got refunds from this site. It is a shame because we could have helped those customers.

You know, so many customers have never heard of Matrix Watch, or the lawsuits. It really is their loss, and the only ones who gain are the rogue-site owners.

i don't know if offerplanet.com and offerplanet.net were owned by the same people, but i do know for sure that the same person who owns grab4cash.com once owned offerplanet.net matrix site until he was told by offerplanet.com to shut it down (well... according to him).......

but then again..... grab4cash.com is now closed as well........ :confused:
