<center>Are you a victim of NEPCO?</center>

!!! IMPORTANT UPDATE !!!
NEPCO is defunct and bankrupt. The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office has filed a claim seeking refunds for consumers who have NOT recieved a refund via their credit card company. Click here for more details (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4560).

Note that with this development, we are no longer taking any new additions to the consumer movement. Many thanks to the 1060 people who made this movement a success!!!!!

<center>WHO IS ELLIGIBLE?</center>
Did you order from one of the following NEPCO websites?

mydv.co.uk
nepine.co.uk
gardenready.co.uk
lunacandle.com
oztool.com
pspuniverse.co.uk

Were you deceived by NEPCO? Below are some examples:

Did you think they were a UK-based company?
Did you get over-charged?
Did you have an awful time trying to contact their customer service?
Did you receive a different product than described at the time of order?
Did you receive an item that was not UK-spec?

It does not matter if you received a refund or not, nor whether you received your order or not! If you feel you were deceived, you should get on this list!!!

<br><center>WHY SHOULD I JOIN?</center>
On December 16, 2005, the Mass. Attorney General's Office annouced a lawsuit against NEPCO. (http://www.matrixwatch.org/modules.php?name=News&file=showarticle&threadid=3506) As of January 5, 2006, it would appear that NEPCO could not comply with the Attorney General's Office, and subsequently all NEPCO websites shut down. (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3652)
<br>
It is entirely possible that the victims of NEPCO could receive compensation for their troubles. Here at Matrixwatch, we want to start a list of NEPCO victims, which then can be presented to the Attorney General's Office.
