I ordered a psp from MyDV in november because nobody had one in stock.
£186.18 was debited instead of £169.99 well before any notification of dispatch.
I then saw a link to matrixwatch from another website and felt sick after reading all the forum posts thinking that I'd been ripped off by a scam.
I e-mailed and rang constantly but to no avail.
Eventually I got through an asian male on the phone who was no help but I did get through to his supervisor called Calvin Fox.
I told him that I wanted my money back and for MyDV not to dispatch the PSP.
He initially tried to change my mind but I politely but firmly told him that I was angry about the money being debited before dispatch and that it was the wrong amount.
He then confirmed the refund and I awaited for the money to be transferred.
It took 2 weeks for the money to be credited but it was £5.37 short.
I am still awaiting the shortfall.
I am not going to let it lie.
I sincerely hope that everyone who has had problems with this amateurish,useless unprepared company gets them sorted out before this company gets shut down.
Very relieved to have most of my cash back....
