I have just checked website this is what it says;

MyDV is temporarily not taking new orders. Rest assured that all existing orders will be delivered. Check back Monday!.

I wonder if that is something to do with Attorney General !

We will have to wait and see how long this lasts:
But anyone who has any outstanding orders with them should contact their Credit Card Company as soon as possible.

Continue to file complaints as well.

Also, it could be the case that they aren't accepting orders because they lost their CC processor account (because of all the recent chargebacks filed by customers).

ive just checked nepcos other sites and they are still trading (garden ready and nepine .co.uk) if the parent companny are in dispute shouldent all their sites stop trading as from what ive read they have been trading the exact way mydv have, and they have had very similar reviews

People who have been misled by these sister-companies should file the same complaints that the mydv customers have!!!
