Credit Card Refund

I've just checked the balance on my credit card and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have refunded me the whole amount of £183.00 that was paid to mydv.

I'd like to thank everybody on this forum, who gave such good advice about how to claim your money back from your cc company, only for finding this website I wouldn't have known what the hell to do, and would have thought that was the last i'd seen of my £169.99 that turned into £183.00 forever.

Everyone just hang in there, if you have all paid by credit card which I suspect you all have, then don't lose heart, contact your cc company and they will do a chargeback...

As for the news today that is brilliant, lets hope that's the last we've seen of mydv and the scumbag doesn't set up shop somewhere else.....

May I suggest you write to your credit card company telling them the news about the intended action by the Attorney General in the States.

I have posted a letter to mine already about this.

It must surely get the CC companies to sit up. Presumably worth same letter to debit card banks as well. If the banks stop trading with myDV (indeed NEPCO), that is the very quickest way to get this fraud stopped.

I have been following this for 8 weeks now, and 2 weeks after I got my problem finally sorted, and this is the best news yet about the problem overall. Those of you still owed money - never give up!
