Non delivery advice?

Hi, can anyone please give me some advice- I ordered with mydv and decided to wait on the goods, thirty days has passed and the goods have not been recieved. I have not cancelled the order or demanded a refund yet as i'm worried this will jepoardise any claim with my credit card company.

Can anyone advise me...

1. What are my rights?

2. What should I do next?

Contact your credit card company, they will send you a claim form, and you will get a full refund.

Hi JJclass, have you got the invoice from when you ordered the goods? or an email just so you have somthing to confirm the date ordered, that way you can send it to the cc company if need be.
