I heard a rumor that the Attorney General was directing mydv victims to fill out a specific complaint report. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, where can we get a copy of this complaint form?

DOH! Nevermind....I searched M.W. myself and came up with what I wanted.

If you are a mydv victim, and you are on the vicitm register, you need to fill out (and mail) this form:

Merc,

In light of this, and other recent success stories, should we update the "victim" sticky thread to include the following actions? -->

- File a complaint with the Mass. AG
- File a chargeback with their CC
- Join the MW consumer movement/registry

Just wondering.. ???

Filing the chargeback is the general advice I give to those on the forums, as well as the emails I'm receiving. This is on a case-by-case basis though, so I don't want to put a blanket statement down to everyone suggesting they file a chargeback. Keep in mind that technically, no one has actually NOT received their product if they wait long enough (i.e. 6-8 weeks).

When folks email me to join the victim registry, part of my reply now contains a link to the A.G. complaint form.

In other words, I think we have these bases covered.
