Mydv money back query Number 8,789!

My girlfriend purchased a white psp, ordered and paid for in late october by the seemingly UK based mydv.co.uk, after a couple of weeks of hearing nothing I attempted to contact them via email, and phpone (which never seemed to work). Eventually after speaking to someone and realising I was possibly being messed around, I did a bit of internet exploration and came to realise the problems with this company. I then cancelled an order on the 5th december and demanded a refund which I was told would take 7-10 working days (as of yet I have seen no money). I am still waiting for someone to come back to me. it was paid by debit card, ive searched through the threads but am confusing my self a bit, could any one help me out id be most appreciative, cheers.....

contact your bank and start a dispute, tell them you have been charged more than you have autherised and you have still not received the goods.

You bank may ask you to go to your local branch and file a complaint, tell them the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office is seeking an emergency court order to shut down NEPCO LP and NEPCO GP, LLC (MYDV.co.uk)for engaging in deceptive practices,you can print off a copy to show them.

It may take a while, but you should get your money back in the end.
