After returning to work and telling/warning my colleugues about this site a friend told me his father tried ordering this very weekend just gone, he was after a camerra, the credit card got refused online which he thought was strange as he has the sufficient funds and never happened before, anyway he said he phoned up to ask why, he went through to someone with a chinese accent who asked to take the card details from him, he asked first when it would be delivered, they told him around 3 weeks so he told them to forget it. so are they taking telephone orders, is that allowed?

After seeing the MA AG has taken action against myDV for the deception of location and overcharging of CCs, I went and checked the other sites being run by Nepco. Both www.gardenready.co.uk and www.nepine.co.uk are still taking orders. I would expect those two sites to be shutdown as well due to the injucntion, since they are deceiving the localality and overcharging CCs as well. Can they do that???

Folks need to report these two other sites to the Mass. Attorney General. Of course, you will have to have some evidence that these other websites are acting fraudulently.

Can anyone confirm that mydv is taking phone orders? If so, I plan on personally bring this to the attention of the Mass. Attorney General.
Here is your chance to help Matrixwatch
I need someone in the UK to call up mydv and try to place an order. You should pretend that you are unaware that they are not taking web orders. Let us know here in this thread what happens.

Hi Merc - tried calling myDV to see what happened, both numbers ended with the usual "This mailbox is full" message.
Will try again later if I get the chance.

All of the other sites in the Nepco fiasco have also posted the message "we are temproarily not taking new orders". Thanks to everyone here who have spent their time and energy fighting back. Its working, but it is not over... keep up the good work!
