Three sites were quickly shut down recently when the Tennessee Consumer-Affairs division declared that the matrix sites were operating a pyramid scheme.

Abtract-Wallpaper, a matrix site that offered a spot on their prize lists in exchange for the purchase of digital wallpaper designs, closed down first. The owner left a brief message the website, as well as on his two other sites matrix--one.com and million-dollar-matrix.com, instructing members that he intends to give refunds to those who request them. His three sites closed shortly after he received a report from the Consumer-Affairs Division of the Better-Business Bureau stating that he was under investigation for violation of Tennessee-State laws against pyramid schemes.

Yes, we did close down, but we were closing down at the end of August anyways do to lack of Business. Cost of re-registering with Homestead at the end of August along with no sales, it was better that we close. Since I was hoping the site would last for awhile, and it did not, I will be refunding my customers money. Also it is true that we did get a letter from Consumer Affairs. But that is not the reason why we closed. It was just coincidence. Of course the sceptics out there will think differently.
