Another mydv victim

Afternoon all from a chilly UK

Just having a browse on behalf of my boss who's been stung for £700 after ordering 2 PSP's then another 2 by mistake :shake:

He had a HUGE row with "Ryan" and "Catherine" at mydv yesterday after remaining quite patient with them since placing the order on 15th November, but of course - still no sign of any refund.

Does anyone know how much calls are to the 020 (London area code) number on their website? I've got a nasty feeling it's more than the usual national UK rate :( I can just see him getting a phone bill for ££££££'s

The calls to myDV are at the usual UK rate, myDV will have to pay to transfer them to Bangalore (which I think is where the call centre in based). So unless you choose to phone the USA to chase this up, you should be safe!

Tell your boss to contact his credit card company as soon as possible and tell them the situation, which they are probably already well aware of as he's got more chance of hell freezing over than either receiving his PSP's or of receiving any refund from Mydv. take it from one who know's......
